I absolutely love Oshoplive! They are absolutely #1 in my book in every category. They have a fantastic selection of beautiful clothes and the prices are equally fantastic. The selection is so awesome that for the first time my daughter's and I both enjoy the same page and many times we even love the same thing. Everything is good quality and I don't think I've purchased anything that I didn't get lots of compliments on. When I have ordered from some other sites I have waited for well over a month for a package that looks like a small child or monkey put together and the quality of the clothing inside looked like the Halloween costumes I purchased for my kids. I get my stuff from Oshoplive in a timely manner and it's always nice & neatly packaged. And then there's their customer service, the one thing that they do better than anyone else, hands down... their customer service. I have never had better customer service anywhere. I know they must be dealing with thousands of people yet they still make you feel like your the only one and what ever issue you have is the most important thing to them and they bend over backwards to make sure the customer is happy. I have never had any other company have a human get back to me so fast, I can't stand computerized customer service, and go out of their way to make sureI was happy. That's why Oshoplive is number 1 in my book and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for awesome clothes at an awesome price and a hassle free shopping experience.

I ordered 3 items from Oshoplive and I was extremely disappointed. I only gave them one star because zero was not an option. The clothes were made out of cheap material and looked nothing like the pictures on line. This was my first time ordering from this company and I regret not reading the reviews prior to ordering. The items ran small and were not true to size; however, given the appearance of the items, I wouldn't have worn them if they had fit. Given the response from consumers who tried unsuccessfully to return their items, I am not willing to go through the headache. Additionally, unlike other items I have bought on line, there was no return slip or address included in my shipment. I seldom write reviews but given the poor quality of their clothes, I felt compelled to warn other potential shoppers.

You will be getting very bad quality items all is coming from China.
To return them back according to the company will cost you a fortune..."Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. Based on experience, the shipping fee back is not cheap as we locate in China.It may be at least $20. So I have another suggestion. How about we refund you $7 as compensation, and you can keep the item? You can sell it to others to get back more money.

Do not order, safe your self money and headache.
I will never recomend it to no one. I did pay $28.37 for item not matching my order in 100% at all.

These boots are HORRIBLE Quality and the size is Far too Small... they are Plastic and are NOTHING EVEN CLOSE to the product I ordered. They are Way Too Narrow and the sole is Super Thin. We sized them up and one is a girls little girls size 4 and the other is a little girls size 2 they are supposed to be a Woman's size 81/2 and a Woman's size 71/2!. Is this what you guys do... Make the customers wait a month to get your Crappy product hoping they won't want to go through the hassle of returning them once it shows up basically robbing them.?. I can't believe you even send this garbage out! I waited a Month for these boots and they are so $#*!ty I can't even believe it!
How do I return them to get my money back.? My experience with you guys has been Awful from the beginning. I'm seriously so Disappointed! I am want to return you you little girl Garbage boots and get my money Back! You guys sell Trash and don't even know sizes! What a way to waist material And product marking nothing but land fill trash.! How do I get my money back!
