Received wrong size shoe. Ordered 12EEEE and received 12EE.
The return process is hard. Returned by USPS do to I cannot print your requested FED EX label.

Orthotic Shop products are very good for problem feet. It is the first place I check when I need new shoes.

The site has good information about their products, and helpful information to guide you to the proper shoe.
However, I did not realize that on a $***.** order, I would have to pay $**.** in customs duties. This made the shoes much more expensive than I expected. Therefore, I would not recommend this site to my friends even though the shoes were exactly as described and I like them okay.
Would like to see more sales prices please. Thank you for making the worlk of orthotics a little less embarassing and a little more stylish.
