I ordered a pair of shoes on line at Orthotic Shop on 7/15/25 Shoes were not delivered until 7/30/2025. I liked the website shoe choices but 15 days to receive the shoes via UPS was ridiculous! When I had not received the shoes after 7 days I emailed and called the company to no avail. The company billed my VISA for total price on 7/16/25.

I was looking for my Bearpaw slippers in men's 11 wide. I found them on your site.It was easy to use, and I got them in a short time. I will use you again.

I ordered a pair of Spenco sandals to replace ones i've had for 10 years that I'd glued together, twice. Lots of improvements: arch support that i can feel, softer heels with deeper cup, quieter on wood floors, better traction on slick/wet surfaces - just starting to enjoy my new pair.

Bad, bad, bad, so, I order shoes and then get an email that cancels (changed) the order. No reason given. Then, I receive my refund minus $35.00. I guess I got charged for the shipping on a cancelled order, by Orthotic shop.

The shoes arrived safely and look nice. Larry had great difficulty getting them on, as the heel and sides would fold to the inside of the shoe. Part of the problem is my husband's condition and not the shoe. But if the back of the shoe had more body, I think things would be easier. Mary

After wearing other brands of shoes, I'm back to Orthotic Shoes again. Just can't beat them for comfort.

I came across orthoticshop one day as I was looking for a discount for vionic slippers. I am so happy I found you.

Because there was an error on my address, the USPS never delivered my product and shipped it back. Orthoshop corrected my address and reshipped to me.

It was easy ordering, the product was as stated in product description, it arrived on time. The product was easy to replace worn parts.

I have flat feet problems that require my wearing arch supports or orthotics. This was my second purchase from OrthoticShop, and in both cases I found prices to be good bargains and on-line shopping and shipping to be prompt - shoes actually arrived several days before the date promised when I placed the order.

I ordered thhree pairs of footwear from Orthotic Shop and was notified that two items were cancelled. No explanation was given. However the extra charge on the bill in the event of returns was still charged and not reunded.

I am very pleased with the Sandal. Very comfortable. Delivery arrived on time.
I would recommend and purchase again.

The straps and flaps require more material to adequately secure the foot in both pairs, My original propets were better quality. I am returning the shoes

This is the first orthotic I have found that actually helps my foot cramps when I've been on my feet for an hour.

I received my order and the slippers were USED. I would hope that you would check your product before you send them out.
