Ordered teal trim seat covers front and back seats (for my business car, to go with business colours); on website both logo and trim are a uniform lovely bright teal colour. When they arrived the logo and stitching are a dark teal/aqua, while the trim is LIME GREEN. Not only a horrible colour but cannot be used in my business car.

When I contacted them via website chat (no other way to contact I could find on website), I was informed I would have to pay to ship the covers back to them in order to get a refund (so I'd be out of pocket a very expensive postage fee), or would only give a partial refund, less than half what I paid if I didn't return them.

The "360 coverage" is also less than, especially the rear seats are all individual bits you need to piece together, with ultimately a big gap between seat and backrest for dirt etc to accumulate in your car seats. The top and back of backrests (rear seats) are also not protected at all. Not happy.

They sent car seats that do not fit and do not look like what was pictured on their web site. I ordered black. They claim I ordered grey. Will they show me an invoice? No. The fine print say you have to pay to return the product to get a refund. The cost to return the product is more than the cost of the product - in this case over $150. Do get seat covers from this company. I would like to report them to some agency.

I ordered two car seats for my vehicle and when I received them they were mismatched(two different shades of beige) when I contacted customer service for a return label and refund they asked for pictures I sent 13 of them. They kept giving me the runaround and to this day I'm still waiting for a refund of $128.62 and they insulted me by offering to let me keep the seat covers and send me $10. Very poor and unprofessional, no customer service skills. I'm still waiting for a refund and they just stopped responding to me.

If I could leave a review without stars I would. I ordered car seat covers that costed almost 200 dollars and couldn't get my money back because I disliked them, telling me it wasn't worth to return them like what? Nothing compared to the pictures, no cushion, just terrible wouldn't ever order from the website.

Have never received item. Have got no responses since the purchase. No confirmation email. No updates on tracking. Only time they responded was when I opened paypal dispute because I got no confirmation email. They said they were working on it and would email a confirmation. I closed the dispute and now paypal will not assist and my bank wont assist because I approved the initial transactions. $185 gone! This site is a scam.

The covers were poorly made and didn't fit my seats, there was no way to attach them securely to the seat. I returned both covers to the company and they have not refunded me my money yet. I sent the seat covers back in January, I used my PayPal account to purchase the covers and this company lied to PayPal about receiving the covers even though I provided USPS tracking numbers for the return. Now I'm going to have to seek legal measures in order to get this company to return the $96.00 to my PayPal account. Do not trust this company with your money they are scamming people, the product is cheap, and they avoid refunding your money even when you return the product unused.

My daughter ordered seat covers as a Christmas gift they arrived (on 12/11) and were not opened until 12/26 at which time I discovered right away that they were way too small for my car which was specified on the order that they were for my 2018 Tesla Model 3. Additionally one of the seams on the front car seat was not sewn closed properly the thread was all pulled out. There is no customer service contact phone #. I've emailed them every day for the past 4 days and just continue to get the run around, their last reply was that the seat covers were delivered and signed for on the 12/11/20 and I am just contacting them now (12/27/20) and that I am S. O. L. IT WAS A CHRISTMAS GIFT! BUYER BEWARE. This website will steal you blind!

I ordered custom floor mats back in August, they did not fit, they cost me $109.00, they told me they would not take them back because they were "custom fit"... but they did not fit at all, they offered me $18.00... LOLOLOL... ya ok, like that covers it, I had gone thru paypal so they helped me in getting a full refund, but... I had to pay shipping
That cost was $112.00... OMG! Really... they do not stand behind their products at alllll... they are from CHINA... thats where they wanted me to send them back... I am out 109.00... stay away from their site, they are a rip off

I bought car seats for my BMW X5 recently from Oroyal, and I am very satisfied with the quality and fit. The car seats look very elegant and stylish. The car seats just add to the overall luxury look of my car. The online customer service representative was very helpful explaining the delivery date to me, and my car seats were delivered in a reasonable amount of time. I was very concern about this company because of all the bad reviews, but the online customer service rep that I interacted with assured me that I would be satisfied with my car seats and they were right. I will definitely purchase more car seats from this company in the future.

After purchasing seat covers, I had to deal with receiving a fraud alert from my credit card company after purchasing the covers due to the Chinese language the posted on my credit card charge. The covers for our 2010 Lexus arrived in a reasonable time and I do like the appearance of the covers and the quality seems okay as well. However, the covers we purchased have a seat bottom and a top that need to be installed separately. We found it very difficult, actually impossible to install the bottoms as our car has a plastic back cover and fabric installed that prevent access from front to back through the seat crack. But additionally, the front seat covers fit way too loose, so they were not correctly manufactured. This company is in Hong Kong so I had to contend with a huge time differential to my service concerns and while they were responsive it always took an extra day for replies. The only reason I'm even taking time to write a review is we spent $250 on something I will have to throw away!

Seat covers still a question of fitting my truck. When I tried to cancel they bombarded me with emails and ads. Obviously no one speaks English. No manager.

I ordered custom floor mats for my SUV and the tracking information stopped updating it just said in the USA. After contacting customer service they kept asking me to wait longer every week. After waiting for almost 3 months I disputed the charge with my bank and the package appears a few days afterwards with many tracking stickers. The quality is horrible and the mats arrived rolled up so tight in christmas wrapping paper they will never lay flat enough to be considered custom! This was not worth the price $120.17!

I own a 2016 370Z that I ordered two custom seat covers for on line. Not knowing that the ones I ordered would not fit I received e-mail advising me that the order was incorrect. I had paid $ 238.00 using my credit card when I ordered them. I received a message from Betty and a list of covers that would fit my car although the cost was much less. I chose a cover from the list and have since received the covers in addition a refund of $ 161.00 for the difference in cost. I can only tell you thst I am very pleased with the service and honesty they have been with my order. My covers fit perfect, look great and are of high qualith. I strongly recommend them. I am very pleased with my order. I would definately order from them again,
