Waited 2 1/2 months for supposedly custom floor mats for my 2015 Mustang.It probably cost them 5 bucks or less to make these.In the meantime I ordered from American Muscle and received those in 2 days. I am returning these. Stay Away. TOTAL SCAM!

They sent car seats that do not fit and do not look like what was pictured on their web site. I ordered black. They claim I ordered grey. Will they show me an invoice? No. The fine print say you have to pay to return the product to get a refund. The cost to return the product is more than the cost of the product - in this case over $150. Do get seat covers from this company. I would like to report them to some agency.

I ordered two car seats for my vehicle and when I received them they were mismatched(two different shades of beige) when I contacted customer service for a return label and refund they asked for pictures I sent 13 of them. They kept giving me the runaround and to this day I'm still waiting for a refund of $128.62 and they insulted me by offering to let me keep the seat covers and send me $10. Very poor and unprofessional, no customer service skills. I'm still waiting for a refund and they just stopped responding to me.

If I could leave a review without stars I would. I ordered car seat covers that costed almost 200 dollars and couldn't get my money back because I disliked them, telling me it wasn't worth to return them like what? Nothing compared to the pictures, no cushion, just terrible wouldn't ever order from the website.

Ordered seat covers in February and I still haven't gotten them. The email for the company no longer works. This company is a SCAM!

I am still awaiting two car seats ordered on April 29,2020. The website does not suggest you are working with a (supposed) business out of China. I have sent several emails inquiring about status and also received the tracker link. It was seemingly informative and kept my hopes up... until it simply stopped updating June 13: Email responses blame COVID in US and include pleas to wait adjust a little bit longer... since May 26! Don't waste your time, shop elsewhere. Now I have to dispute the charges through my bank card service.

Have never received item. Have got no responses since the purchase. No confirmation email. No updates on tracking. Only time they responded was when I opened paypal dispute because I got no confirmation email. They said they were working on it and would email a confirmation. I closed the dispute and now paypal will not assist and my bank wont assist because I approved the initial transactions. $185 gone! This site is a scam.

I bought car seats for my BMW X5 recently from Oroyal, and I am very satisfied with the quality and fit. The car seats look very elegant and stylish. The car seats just add to the overall luxury look of my car. The online customer service representative was very helpful explaining the delivery date to me, and my car seats were delivered in a reasonable amount of time. I was very concern about this company because of all the bad reviews, but the online customer service rep that I interacted with assured me that I would be satisfied with my car seats and they were right. I will definitely purchase more car seats from this company in the future.

I've had the same problem as many reviewers on here the website is an absolute scam they send you the same crap $#*! emails over and over I'm out almost $170 Ordered over a month and a 1/2 ago and haven't received anything paid extra for fast shipping so much for that do not waste your money or time they should all be thrown in jail

Seat covers still a question of fitting my truck. When I tried to cancel they bombarded me with emails and ads. Obviously no one speaks English. No manager.

Ordered teal trim seat covers front and back seats (for my business car, to go with business colours); on website both logo and trim are a uniform lovely bright teal colour. When they arrived the logo and stitching are a dark teal/aqua, while the trim is LIME GREEN. Not only a horrible colour but cannot be used in my business car.

When I contacted them via website chat (no other way to contact I could find on website), I was informed I would have to pay to ship the covers back to them in order to get a refund (so I'd be out of pocket a very expensive postage fee), or would only give a partial refund, less than half what I paid if I didn't return them.

The "360 coverage" is also less than, especially the rear seats are all individual bits you need to piece together, with ultimately a big gap between seat and backrest for dirt etc to accumulate in your car seats. The top and back of backrests (rear seats) are also not protected at all. Not happy.

After purchasing seat covers, I had to deal with receiving a fraud alert from my credit card company after purchasing the covers due to the Chinese language the posted on my credit card charge. The covers for our 2010 Lexus arrived in a reasonable time and I do like the appearance of the covers and the quality seems okay as well. However, the covers we purchased have a seat bottom and a top that need to be installed separately. We found it very difficult, actually impossible to install the bottoms as our car has a plastic back cover and fabric installed that prevent access from front to back through the seat crack. But additionally, the front seat covers fit way too loose, so they were not correctly manufactured. This company is in Hong Kong so I had to contend with a huge time differential to my service concerns and while they were responsive it always took an extra day for replies. The only reason I'm even taking time to write a review is we spent $250 on something I will have to throw away!

Ordered over two months ago and still have nothing. They give some bull s**t tracking info that tells you nothing and the "customer service" is just the worst. Spend your money else where. This carp is a scam

I own a 2016 370Z that I ordered two custom seat covers for on line. Not knowing that the ones I ordered would not fit I received e-mail advising me that the order was incorrect. I had paid $ 238.00 using my credit card when I ordered them. I received a message from Betty and a list of covers that would fit my car although the cost was much less. I chose a cover from the list and have since received the covers in addition a refund of $ 161.00 for the difference in cost. I can only tell you thst I am very pleased with the service and honesty they have been with my order. My covers fit perfect, look great and are of high qualith. I strongly recommend them. I am very pleased with my order. I would definately order from them again,

Don't buy from this website I order expensive $#*! car seat and never received them the website doesn't offer any costumer service or tracking of any kind said my order will be prices within 3/7 days it's been two weeks and no luck! I'm pissed my hope are the order is still getting ready if that happens I'll change my review but as of now I feel as if it was a scam and if I don't receive it within at least 2 month I'm reporting the web page and I will get to the bottom of the stupid website be ware!

Don't buy I placed an order on April 30th and it is now June. I did not receive anything. They do not have a phone only communicates by email. Then I found out they are in China. I had to do a claim with my bank to get my money back. They also give you a fake tracking number and page to act like your order is coming. Fake in every way.

THE PRODUCT IS VERY QUALITY AND WORTH THE WAIT AT THE END OF TH DAY. IT HAS TO BE BECAUSE OF COVID19 THAT THERE IS A BIG WAIT. THE STUFF COMES FROM CHINA. JUST WAIT YOU WILL GET YOU STUFF. TRUST ME I WILL ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE. ALSO THE SHIP THERE STUFF BETTER THEN ANY PLACE I HAVE SEEN. THE MATERIAL COMES IN WELL PROTECTED.

Ordered car seat covers online, never received any confirmation of order but the money was withdrawn out of my account within seconds. I emailed same day to cancel. When they finally emailed back, tried everything not to give my money back. Now telling me they refunded but my bank will take 3 months to post.BS. Stay away!

I place an order on may the 25th they take my money right away from my account today is July the 6 and the just haven't sent me nothing I think they just stole my money. I already email them 30 times the just said that wait a few days another email and dear customer please wait a few days... it's been a month in half and the just said to wait even more but the don't deliver nothing just take your money and laugh...

I understand the plight of the merchant very well. Because of COVID-19, the delivery time is relatively long, about a month. But fortunately, after I communicated with the merchant many times, yesterday I finally received my seat cover. The quality of the leather is very good, and the installation is relatively easy. The new leather has a little odor, but it can still be tolerated. There is no odor now. Good and cheap. Because of the long delivery time, the merchant gave me a discount of $20, which was generally satisfactory...

Ordered custom floor mats for my stepson on 5/17/20... as of 7/9/20, they still have not been shipped. I've tried numerous times to get refunded however they dodge my request by sending me tracking on them (being shipped from China to their warehouse where they will ship them to me). I will NEVER buy from this website again.

NOTHING LIKE WHAT I ORDERER. I WOULD NEVER ORDER FROM HERE. BULL$#*!, CHEAP $#*! MATERIAL! SHOULD HAVE READ ALL THE REVIEWS BEFORE I BOUGHT THIS!
