I bought and paid in full $168.00 for 2 sets of floor mats, never came, wont answer any emails, been 3 months now still know reply. Don't buy from them they will steal your money and then ignore you. Rick Brinkman

I am still awaiting two car seats ordered on April 29,2020. The website does not suggest you are working with a (supposed) business out of China. I have sent several emails inquiring about status and also received the tracker link. It was seemingly informative and kept my hopes up... until it simply stopped updating June 13: Email responses blame COVID in US and include pleas to wait adjust a little bit longer... since May 26! Don't waste your time, shop elsewhere. Now I have to dispute the charges through my bank card service.

I understand the plight of the merchant very well. Because of COVID-19, the delivery time is relatively long, about a month. But fortunately, after I communicated with the merchant many times, yesterday I finally received my seat cover. The quality of the leather is very good, and the installation is relatively easy. The new leather has a little odor, but it can still be tolerated. There is no odor now. Good and cheap. Because of the long delivery time, the merchant gave me a discount of $20, which was generally satisfactory...

Thought i was being scammed also but confirmed my order shipped and will be recieving soon! Idc for the wait ive waited 2 months for something on wish before. More exciting when you forget and then recieve it lol. And if i dont recieve it then thatll suck but it wouldbt be the first time ive been scammed sadly. Ill get over it

I ORDER AROUND $600 WORTH OF CAR COVERS AND FLOORS MATTS. I ORDER MY STUFF IN APRIL OR MAY. I WAITED AROUND 4 MONTHS. I THOUGHT IT WAS SCAM. I JUST GOT ALL OF MY STUFF LAST WEEK. THE PRODUCT IS VERY QUALITY AND WORTH THE WAIT AT THE END OF TH DAY. IT HAS TO BE BECAUSE OF COVID19 THAT THERE IS A BIG WAIT. THE STUFF COMES FROM CHINA. JUST WAIT YOU WILL GET YOU STUFF. TRUST ME I WILL ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE. ALSO THE SHIP THERE STUFF BETTER THEN ANY PLACE I HAVE SEEN. THE MATERIAL COMES IN WELL PROTECTED.

I ordered my seat covers in April 2020 it is now August 2020, i was not given any tracking information thyere is no contact number on the website besides an email they do not speak professionally. They said i would receive 10$ back for each month it does not arrive and i never got anything.

Don't buy I placed an order on April 30th and it is now June. I did not receive anything. They do not have a phone only communicates by email. Then I found out they are in China. I had to do a claim with my bank to get my money back. They also give you a fake tracking number and page to act like your order is coming. Fake in every way.

Worst Experience Ever!
September 29, 2020

Today will mark 4 months of never receiving my product! On May 29th, 2020 I placed an order for car seats. I understood it took longer then expected because of Covid. However, that doesn't change the fact that til this date, 4 months later, I still havent received anything. I contacted customer service MULTIPLE times to see if i could receive a full or partial refund due to the fact that I no longer live in the prior address I had placed on the shipping information. I let a customer service rep know that I had to move & wanted to see if they could kindly change my shipping info... NOPE. Okay, well then I finally received notification months later that MY item had successfully delivered "3 times" on 3 different dates. 3 times does that even make f**king sense?! NO it doesn't. I will be providing photo proof that this is ridiculous! So I drove 35+ minutes to that location recently to see if the package was there... NOPE. I emailed and asked to see if i could contact a MANAGER to expain my issue... NOPE again. Lastly, I emailed 1 day ago to see if i could end up getting a refund, but got the "excuse" that my package has been signed for?! By WHO is what im trying to figure out. Was it a random person or was it a post office employee? The world will never know. Because i have not signed any sort of package. Their website is a literal joke i truly cannot believe this. Worst Buying Experience ever!.

A lady from a dealership (kid you not) actually told me to order seat covers from this site! Unbelievable... I paid around $170 for Chinese manufactured $#*!. The quality is horrendous; the color was supposed to be red but it was more orange than advertised and the seat cover had what looked like a black marker spot on the back. They said they were gonna give me $10 as comp if I keep it. What a complete joke. The material itself was so thin, honestly CHEAP. But I think the cherry on top was when I shipped it for a return. USPS to ship my package back to them was $126! So basically I only get $50 back. WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS IS THIS!?!?!?!?

Ordered seat covers on April 25th and have yet to hear from them. Got an order number and said order is confirmed, yet in trying to follow up no order can be found. Sent emails to 2 different addresses, the one on the print out saying it was confirmed came back and the other 3 emails to the other email on the website have yet to be answered. Guess a big lesson learned and will do a lot more research on the companies I order from in the future. Sucked in because the product was the best fit for my car

Don't buy from this website I order expensive $#*! car seat and never received them the website doesn't offer any costumer service or tracking of any kind said my order will be prices within 3/7 days it's been two weeks and no luck! I'm pissed my hope are the order is still getting ready if that happens I'll change my review but as of now I feel as if it was a scam and if I don't receive it within at least 2 month I'm reporting the web page and I will get to the bottom of the stupid website be ware!

I place an order on may the 25th they take my money right away from my account today is July the 6 and the just haven't sent me nothing I think they just stole my money. I already email them 30 times the just said that wait a few days another email and dear customer please wait a few days... it's been a month in half and the just said to wait even more but the don't deliver nothing just take your money and laugh...

It took forever to get in contact with anyone and when I asked for a refund they said it could take up to three months, it's now been 6 and I still haven't gotten my refund

Hopefully you read this review before purchasing like I didn't. I immediately regretted my "pruchase" when I realized that after a long time I still had not received so much as a confirmation. Contacted them several times through web chat options with no response. Today before disputing on my card I attempted to email for it to say undeliverable for the email listed on their website. If you pay attention you'll notice several areas of the website with no working links or with faq areas that then do not lead to an answer or way to message them. Basically looks like an online smoke and mirrors trick. I've been waiting two weeks with no response and my order status on their website saying on hold and then a note to email and email address that is basically hduwvdjshsis complete gibberish and data that didn't translate. Absolutely regret wasting my time and hoping I can dispute since it looks like a scam so far. Normally I'm very thorough but I wish I had checked these reviews first. Would not recommend, be careful. Wish I didn't even give personal info since it looks like total fraud. The charge to my card only says "the seller" which is also a red flag I realized. No contact and no trace. Not sure if they are bbb registered but this shouldn't up as a website with the lack of response and service they are providing. All my opinions based of this experience.

They robbed me

Well this website is a scam for sure, I ordered seat covers and spent a good amount on them and can't get ahold of anyone from the company because there is not amazing customer service like the website claims that they have in their about us section. I emailed them 3 times and wrote them messages on their website and it says they respond within 24 hours but I have never received any response at all. The tracking that they have on the website says the same thing that it has said since I sent them the money. It's clear that I'm being robbed and won't receive what I ordered. $#*! this fake $#*! website DO NOT LET THEM ROB YOU
