I had an issue with a vendor sending my order to the wrong address. When I reached out to Orangshine I was put in contact with Lisbeth Flores and she was all over it! In less than 48 hours, the problem was identified and my order was reshipped to the correct location. Lisbeth kept me well informed throughout the entire process, and although it was an unfortunate situation, she made it easy to deal with.
Well the quality is okay but I have to highlight the support service. Very helpful and fast, they solved my issue within a day.

I have been buying casual clothes here for a long time. I am very satisfied with the quality. After washing, things will not fade.

I had an issue with a 6 pack of clothing items, within just a couple hours everything was worked out and my credit applied. Super quick friendly and efficient service.
I ordered a jumpsuit from one of Orangeshine's vendors. The jumpsuits were great, except one of them arrived with a stain. I sent pictures of the item and the stain to alert Orangeshine of the issue. Lisbeth got back to me promptly, communicated my issue to the vendor, and settled my issue within a couple of days. (I'm on the east coast.) I've been an Orangeshine member for five years and I will continue to shop with them for this reason, great customer service! I tried adding photos but the upload jammed.

DONT USE THEM UNLESS YOU WANT EVERY SINGLE ORDER TELLING YOU WHAT ABSOLUTE JUNK THE PRODUCT IS! Packaging even came with Chinese on it. Even forgot to ship one of my items and when I called in they said oh you still want that? Uh, yes I paid for it! (6 days later still have not received it)
Again! THE ITEMS ARE NOT TRUE TO SIZE AND THEY ARE PURE JUNK WITH LOTS OF REFUND REQUEST TO FOLLOW IF YOU THIS "American vendor"
