On a previous order, there was a manufacturing error. I sent photos of the problem. No response. So, although I did like the last order, the previous order has made me think before I purchase any again.
Shopping was easy and shipping, though delayed, made in on time. Very happy with my 6mm studs that have held up so far through pool and sea water. Recommend taking them off at night though as they came undone a couple of times while I was sleeping.

My bracelet broke, just slipped off my wrist. Gold is soft so may have been likely. Oradina support responded quickly and the steps in the email were easy to follow. THEY PROVIDED A LABEL FREE! New piece did not take long to arrive. I love it in perfect condition. I'm so glad that the warranty is automatic when purchased is confirmed!
I had ordered tri-fold jewelry holder and happy with that. The layer clasp I like. It holds 3-necklaces so it's easier to take them off.
