I got double charges on my credit card upon booking my trip. I was told there would be extra charges by Ojoo if I had to make changes and was told to take the travel protection. I cancelled one leg of my trip and never got my money back. Ojoo claim to have refunded my credit card but the credit card company never received it. I been trying to get my $600 dollars back for the last 3 months and finally had to file a dispute with credit card company. If you go with Ojoo don't expect any refund. Beware if you have to make any changes.

Usually I do online for flight and hotel booking. Though there are several options, I have chosen Oojo based on the legit factor. They are good in explaining the things and also tried to explain things we need in flight etc. It looks like they really want the returning customers, that shows how honestly they are working. Very much satisfied with their services. I recommend Oojo for flight booking services either online or over the phone.

Purchased the TCS and Oojo agents refuse to help. Email confirm states refund for illness, tried to put back on airline rather than help. I paid your company, not the airline. Wouldn't send the email to request the refund, couldn't focus on the task given- kept talking about baggage! The agents wanted to argue about what was in an email that I was looking at! Talked over me the entire time, never offered any advice, would tell me they would request the refund via email and then tell me that it won't be honored. Kept talking in circles. The service is a scam! The airline does give refunds, they just won't start the process...call center scammers!

I have to book again because the price went up by $55.00 after i hit the book/pay button. But when I book again I got the prize that they first offered to me. Thank you Oojo. Hope to book with you again on my next flight to the Philippines.

Fraud Alert ‼ don't buy tickets from them, they cheat, they sell tickets on expired passport. They charging airline exchange fees which airlines never charge and it's same price as tickets. Very unprofessional. They cause my family Christmas holiday trip. Filed dispute. Please pay more to others then these goons.

Answer: I got my tickets, so yes, oojo.com is a legit site
Answer: When it comes to cancellation, they will charge a huge fee and they will never answer the phone call when asking for a refund. Worse service.
Answer: No they won't change your reservation even if it's in the 24 hour grace period. Do not use them
Answer: Please go ahead and file dispute/chargebacks against the credit card that you use. Just call your company and explain, they can help you with the rest. OOJO will not be of any help in such situations, they are here to rip people off of helpless situations.
Answer: No, OOJO is all about trying to rip you off of your helpless situation. Sox they will slap tons of fees, nothing less than $250.
