I have tried other discount ticket companies and have run into issues. I have now used Oojo four times and their tickets come through immediately and I have never had any problems.
Oojo is extremely easy to navigate when searching for a flight. After looking at several other flight websites, I found Oojo easiest to use, grabbed a great flight, and thus I highly recommend!

The person I spoke with was very pleasant. However, I wasn't expecting a call after booking my flight and the call kept getting cut off, which was a little annoying.

Oojo service is outstanding. We contacted for flight changes which were initiated by airline and Oojo contacted the airline and reissued ticket in matter of minutes.

We purchase the travel insurance, on return home they were charging almost 500 $ to change the return home ticket by 3 days. The Oojo travel insurance is a pure scam. Shame on them.

Customer service is terrible. No English speaking associates, no problem solving skills, would just reiterate notes in the portal, would never look beyond the computer screen to see the actual problem. OOJO didn't sent off the confirmation of the new flight to Air Transat. We were waiting on Air Transat to authorization the flight confirmation BUT THEY NEVER GOT THE CONFIRMATION. Transat was good but I wasn't allowed to talk to them. Just OOJO who was incompetent. I finally got a hold of the manager in the 14th. He sent the confirmation out, called Air Transat. Within the day I had my flight itinerary. They need more people like the manager. The other staff was polite but extremely useless.

Answer: I got my tickets, so yes, oojo.com is a legit site
Answer: When it comes to cancellation, they will charge a huge fee and they will never answer the phone call when asking for a refund. Worse service.
Answer: No they won't change your reservation even if it's in the 24 hour grace period. Do not use them
Answer: Please go ahead and file dispute/chargebacks against the credit card that you use. Just call your company and explain, they can help you with the rest. OOJO will not be of any help in such situations, they are here to rip people off of helpless situations.
Answer: No, OOJO is all about trying to rip you off of your helpless situation. Sox they will slap tons of fees, nothing less than $250.
