The worst customer experience that I had in my entire life! Seriously, do yourself a favor and go with a reliable company. In the early morning customer representative promised an itinerary verbally over the phone for a same day flight and said: "within an hour or two I'll forward your revised itinerary" Didn't receive it and kept calling, leaving voicemails and emailing. I got totally ignored. When I spoke to other representatives I didn't get any straight answers, they kept hanging up or just straight out put me on hold for long periods of time. As the time passed, the tickets were out of grace period and I have been asked to pay a ridiculous amount of difference. I literally hung up, raced to the airport and directly dealt with the airline company by paying a huge penalty just because of Oojo's unprofessionalism and keeping me in limbo for many hours to make me my grace period expire and pay an extra fee to them. I still can't believe a business in the US can do something shady like this while their lines are getting recorded. Shame on Oojo!

Bought 5 tickets by oojo from Boston to Islamabad.on way coming back on April 4th my wife and miss the flight due to COVID-19.
They did show up on turkish counter for cancelation and rescheduling.
Letter on We ware trying from Pakistan and us to contact the oojo to rescheduled the flight. But no unswer if you call from different phone and they don't recognize then pickup phone. When we tired contacting them. Finaly Bought another ticket from qatar airways and reached April 28th to us spind an other $1248.

DEAR OOJO: If you want business, stop asking for copy of photo ID and a face picture.
I usually use Rome2Rio.com for travel. It suggested cheapest flight with Oojo, and I never heard of them. I Google searched about the website authenticity, and it looked okay. So I bought tickets, then got a call about an hour later with a representative saying they had to switch it to a different airline, which is okay though unusual. Later that day, another call asking if I got the email to confirm my identity which requested that I email a photo of my face and a copy of my photo ID. Never had that needed before when buying an online plane ticket, mom and dad told me never give photo ID online, so it's too suspicious and I canceled. Might be legit, I won't risk it. I told them to cancel, it's been around 4 or so hours and all I see is a $0.77 charge from Oojo to my account, though I will watch it and report it if it still goes through. Maybe 2 or 3 hours after canceling, I got another call asking if I got the email for confirming my identity by sending copy of photo ID and my face picture. I told the representative that I already asked to cancel, and they were understanding and said the charge will be canceled. All the representatives I spoke to were polite, though only time will tell their authenticity.

On June 20,2022 I booked a flight for my mother-in-law to fly from Antananarivo (TNR) to Washington (IAD) on July 7,2022. The following day someone called to verify the name of the passenger and name of the credit card used was correct. After our conversation I was told they'd be sending an e-ticket receipt for the flight.
This morning, June 23,2022, someone called and stated, "we've been trying to contact you (which was a false statement as I had not heard from them). Your flight request was rejected because the name of the credit card was different from the passenger." The lady I was speaking with hung up on me. Before hanging up on me she said, "she could rebook the ticket but prices have since gone up (over $600) and we'd have to pay more." I called back immediately and they didn't pick up the phone or call me back.
Several attempts have since been made to find out what's going on without success. The main line takes me to people who "don't have access to see what's going on". They told me someone would be in contact with me regarding the ticket but no one ever called. They emailed me and said, "Our ticketing system failed to issue the ticket because the name on the credit card didn't match name of the passenger".
They've manipulated us in order that we'd pay more for the flight. Customer service has been horrible. Please save yourself time and resources by using another ticket provider. My experience with Oojo has been absolutely horrible. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Following an exploratory conversation with Virender, on 8/29/2023 I booked my and my wife's reservations with Oojo for a round trip from IAD to SOF with Turkish Airlines. Unfortunately, a computer glitch prevented Oojo to issue electronic tickets and payment receipt.
On 8/30/2023, Vireder professionally diagnosed and corrected Oojo computer error, successfully applied complicated procedural knowhow and finally, issued electronic tickets and payment receipt.
I wish to comment Vireder's professional efforts and positive attitude in dealing with Oojo customers.

Answer: When it comes to cancellation, they will charge a huge fee and they will never answer the phone call when asking for a refund. Worse service.
Answer: No they won't change your reservation even if it's in the 24 hour grace period. Do not use them
Answer: Please go ahead and file dispute/chargebacks against the credit card that you use. Just call your company and explain, they can help you with the rest. OOJO will not be of any help in such situations, they are here to rip people off of helpless situations.
