Hey guys my name is Hayk Yeghyan. From March 4th to March 9th I rested in the beautiful Armenia Wellness& Spa Hotel, Jermuk. From the hospitality to the spa treatments, everything was excellent. On the first day we were warmly welcomed by the Service team and we were shown everything important. There were a lot of different treatments and I was able to get a top treatment every single day. The hotel offered us a full program of food. Meals were served every morning, at the afternoon and in the evening. The kitchen and the food was always freshly prepared and the service was once again great. From the hotel to the rooms everything was clean. The cleanliness and friendliness was very convincing. The rooms were comfortably large and you could also relax there very well. If you had free time and no treatments you could use the free time in the wellness and spa area. There was also a big fitness room. I would like to thank the organization „Onyxum" and the hotel for the great and relaxing time. I recommend everyone to visit the hotel and rest in jermuk.

Traveling is my passion and from the moment I've chosen Onyxum as my Travel Advisor, it has become more enjoyable and amusing for me and my family to discover the world with trusted company. My first experience is Best Western Premiere Batumi that has great location and "worth to see places" are within walking distance. The hotel is very comfortable for families with kids. The swimming pool was fantastic. I will definitely recommend the hotel. The second hotel is Aivani Hotel in Tbilisi, it's a cosy hotel in the heart of Old Tbilisi. The room was very beautiful, it was small but we were fine with that. The service was high enough, it was easy to communicate with the staff, they were very friendly and supportive towards every guest. Breakfast was very good and tasty with all types of food. Again 100% recommended.
Overall, we had a great time in Georgia enjoying both hotels suggested by Onyxum. Big thanks to Onyxum for providing free transfer, we didn't expect that at all. It's always nice to feel significant and as a mattet of fact they'll do anything to please their guests. I really appreciate that.

My full name is Tigran Hakhnazaryan and I'm a member of Onyxum Company. On October 2019 I enjoyed my days using my package and having rest in Multi Rest House with my wife. At the hotel they met us very warmly and they had high level services. We had a great chance to rest in a luxurious room which also had a beautiful balcony with an amazing view. The food is very delicious and various. We also had an opportunity to use the swimming pool, sports hall and other advantages. After all, we returned home well rested and satisfied. Those 5 days are just incredible.

Hello. My name is Karine Igityan. From 16th June to 21th I rested with my brother in the beautiful and wonderful Jermuk Hotel & Spa. Everything was excellent. We were warmly welcomed by the Service team and from the first time we felt comfortable. The hotel offered us a full program of food. From the hotel to the rooms everything was clean. The cleanliness and friendliness was very good. There was also a big fitness room. For persons who always do sport it was a good option to spent the free time in the gyms. The nature was very beautiful and the air was very clean. It is a very good place to rest for a few days with the whole family. There are all possibilities for young and old. I completely enjoyed my vacation.

Last summer, my family and I spent a vacation in Georgia at the Oasis Hotel. Everything was top notch, from the beauty and design of the hotel grounds to room service and the cleanliness of the entire hotel. I want to note that the food was very tasty. On the territory of the hotel there are cuisines from different countries at affordable prices. A great option for a family vacation, as there is a water park on the territory of the hotel and a lot of different playgrounds for children, and one of the biggest advantages of the hotel is a private beach! I thank the company for the provided rest.

I would like to express my special gratitude for the services provided by Onyxum. I stayed at Multi Rest House.The hotel stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The staff was very polite and helpful, the location was very convenient for getting around and many activities. Though we didn't spend too much time in the hotel, other than sleeping but it left a great impression on us! Our sheets, towels bathroom were all regularly cleaned during our stay. And if we were to travel to Caxkadzor again, we would definitely stay there again!

This year, on August 12-17, my whole family had a rest in the unique Jermuk Hotel and Spa hotel in Armenia and we were kind of shocked about the service, food, comfort, nature and many things I can list endlessly. We have never had such wonderful days in our lives. Actually my father is already 63 years old and these are very special days in his life as well. We could never imagin that we would be able to live such unique moments together. We are grateful to the most wonderful hotel in Armenia, for making our lives, our family relationships more colorful and happy. I used Arax hotel package offered by Onyxum Company, which gave me opportunity to have my rest in Armenia twice. I have stayed in "Jermuk hotel&Spa" hotel during my rest as well in "Dilijan Resort hotel" located in Dilijan. Both hotels have high quality service, tasty cuisine and treatment services. The advantages of Onyxum Company are variable, for example you can donate or rename your package by another family member's name only paying some amount of money, also it is possible to have rest twice in one year free having only one package, company offers up to 5* hotels. Another advantage is that company gives chance to book your rest online, you only need to contact company or to write email and they will offer your different options and will organize your rest. I highly recommend my friends and relatives to use Onyxum packages and enjoy excellent service. I am glad that had a chance to cooperate with Onyxum company which made my rest more comfortable and excellent.

Jermuk Hotel SPA, the best place to have a rest and enjoy yourself. We had a great vacation there. We are citified with the spa procedures and service. Everything is on a high level: the best staff ever. This is the place where you can be in a harmony with yourself.
