Don't trust onyxum! It is Scam company. Totally fake information!
During the presentation, they say that you can book 4-5 star hotels at low prices. In fact, they are reselling the service.
I compared with booking. Com, onyxum offers at high prices.
Too much minuses in this company.
The booking process looks so medieval
You don't have much choice. In the end, you choose what they offer you.
For booking hotel reservation you have to open ticket, wait some days till any operator will offer you any hotel. This process can take very long time. I opened ticket for booking in 17.06.2022 and finally was reserved in 04.08.2022.
I accepted the offer of onyxum and chose a hotel in Batumi hoping that it would be a normal hotel.
Onyx take from me $1560 for 7 night but transfered to choosed hotel just $840. The hotes was 3 star, very low quality of service.

My advice to all bookers, book hotel or directly by reception or by booking. Com. Don't believe this scammers onyxum workers.

First of all, I would like to thank the whole Onyxum team for improving the quality of my life, way of thinking and rest, and then I can not share my impressions of my unforgettable vacation. During the same period last year, I was enjoying my vacation at the Dreamland Oasis Hotel in Georgia, of course with the type of vacation offered by Onyxum.
In fact, to say that I had a very good rest is the same as saying nothing, because during the 27 years I have lived, it has been a special and unique vacation for me. The organization did its best to make me really fall in love with Georgia, its nature and especially the hotel.
The best hotel, the best conditions and the best service, these are the 3 most important features that I would like to single out, and, of course, Dreamland Oasis created conditions appropriate to its name. And that was the reason for it to become my favorite place in Georgia.

Choose Onyxum, the best company ever, that provides only high level service. Right now I'm having my rest at Dilijan Resort and Spa Hotel, Armenia. The staff is fine, the rooms are comfortable, there are multi-services as well (a swimming-pool, a tennis court, billiards room, a room for children, very tasty food). In a word, all the guests are satisfied and happy. Thanks to Onyxum for my fantastic holiday.

The food, the service egg, and the cleanliness were all close to the ideal egg.
