I spent an amasing time at the hotel "Aivani" right in the heart of historical Tbilisi and Best Western Hotel at Batumi both in Georgia.
At hotel "Aivani" the room was equipped with all necessity items: towels, toiletries, mini bar, etc. The breakfast was just perfect with verity of fruits, cheese, jams, hams and other morning meals.
The staff was nice, friendly and supportive for any questions I have.
At Best Western Hotel the swimming pool was amasing, as well as the unit was clean, equipped with all necessary hygienic items.
Enjoyed the trip completely. Collected lots of positive and unforgettable memmories, make a new friendship. Thanks to Onyxum for such an opportunity. Highly recommend and will give another try for sure.

Words about employee service are superfluous, warm and respectful, compassionate and caring. Hello, dear Company. I am very glad to cooperate with you. My grandmother, grandfather and brother had a rest with my package. They had a rest in Jermuk hotel & Spa. They had such a good rest that they even wanted to "go there" for a month. They liked the cleanliness of the rooms, the medical procedures, as well as the very beautiful nature. The best company that provides very inteligent and proffessonal service. I have trusted 3 times my rest to this company and every time get the best service and best memories from it. I have spend New 2020 Year in Georgia, Tbilisi which was the best holiday and best celebration and new start of the year for me. The hotel, service, room / it was studio/, meal and everything was perfect. The hospitality of the stuff and caring aproch towards every guest was unbelivable. Also i have spend 2 night in Dilijan Spa Resort, Armenia in august. The service and my feedback is also very good, i was impressed by the service, the stuff did the best to make my rest/ by the way i was celebrating my birthday, also i have recieved a surprising gift from the stuff/ unforgettable, the services which offers Dilijan Resort gives every guest the opportunity to be taken off from everyday life and really have a relaxing holiday, not telling about the beauty of the city and adventures. Also i have rested in Jermuk Olimpia last year. It was also a memorable holiday. Not telling about the possiblity of treatments. We have had a wonderful rest and vacation in Oazis Hotel in Georgia with Onyxum package.
It was a really wonderful vacation with the best service provided by the hotel staff.
We had a comfortably equipped room. Food was delicious and fit to our prefers.
Knowledgeable and kind staff did their best to make our rest memorable.
On the whole all was wonderful, cause our children really did not want to go back home.

Hi, I'm Artur Tamamyan(Username Arttam). Thanks to ONYXUM, I have had one of the best vacations of my life. First of all, I want to say, when I decided to go on vacation, I wrote ONYXUM what hotel I needed. The company offered a list of hotels, and I chose the Margo hotel in Georgia from 12/31/2019 to 01/05/2020. I had 5 unforgettable days on the other. And we celebrated the New Year very smartly! And after that vacation, my friend also signed a contract and is already a member of Onyxum. The staff were very friendly and the service was high. The food was delicious and fresh, the rooms were tastefully furnished and very clean and the balcony had a wonderful view. And I am very grateful to the ONYXUM team for giving me the opportunity to have a great rest.

Jermuk Hotel and Spa, one of the most beautiful and satisfying hotels in Armenia. We had such a wonderful holiday there with my friends and family. Everything is on a high level: the procedures, massage, jacuzzi, pull. Also want to mention the delicious food, which is also very healthy and suitable for everyone. We are more than satisfied with our rest there. Definitely I will chose Jermuk Hotel and SPA for the next time. The place where you can really feel the peace.
