The worst company ever. Do not use them. Customer service, not responsive, hanging up and over all there is no communication. They told me my stuff is delivered. It was not. Avoid them if you can.

Ring my Bell!
November 30, 2020

When I order online from Walmart they use Ontrac to deliver. I live in a large building; I post signs on my door with smiley faces that say Deliveries... Please don't forget to ring the bell and knock, thank you and have an awesome day". FedEx, UPS, Amazon Prime, USPS and Santa Claus's Grandfather does it but does Ontrac do it? NO! What Ontrac does do is throw/drop packages. This is the only way I know they delivered is when I hear a big "Thump". They are just plain "trifling; def: lacking in significance or solid worth: lazy". Even though I have complained to Ontrac and Walmart customer service, the drivers keep doing the same old thing because they just don't care! Maybe they are just getting paid $2.50 an hour and they are mad so they take it out on the customer! I know they have to be able to read the signs I have posted on my door in order to be employed! So, I have no choice but to stop ordering from Walmart online. Target cost a little more but, I think as far as customer satisfaction they will be more "sophisticated"! (you get what you pay for)

They said they had been trying to deliver 3 times, yet no door was knocked and no doorbell was rung. I live in a 300sqft studio, if you knock or ring the doorbell, I will hear it. I cancelled 3 appts to be home to receive my package and it never showed up. They said it was delivered to the LOBBY/MAIN RECEPTION area... except I don't live in a building where there is a lobby. My door is to the outside of the building. WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?!? Not the first time they lost my package either. Customer service was helpful though, she listened and opened an investigation for me and now I'm getting a refund. I wish I had my items though..

HORRIBLE company

We receive shipped packages daily. FEDX, UPS, USPS, no problems. ONTRAC? If the package is lucky enough to arrive, it is thrown out on the main highway. Ontrac drivers do not deliver to the property address, simply pull off highway and throw shipments out onto the side of the road at the entrance to our main road. Had valuable shipments NEVER even arrive, sent in complaint to Ontrac, no reply except for automated reply referring you back to the vendor. It happens too often that if valuable electronics are shipped, the driver obviously pockets the load and files it as "delivered", when the package is of no interest, they simply fling it out onto the highway and the goods/packages are ALWAYS damaged. This is the WORST shipper out there. I am contacting ALL of out vendors and asking them NOT to use Ontrac!

LATE AGAIN!
October 26, 2021

My package was supposed to be delivered on Thursday; OnTrac said it was delayed and would be delivered on Friday by end of business day. By 2 a.m. I sent OnTrac a message asking where my package was. I had no response. I tried again the next day and still no response! Finally I called Wal-Mart, the shipper, they apologized & sent a replacement due to be delivered on Monday. On Sunday my original package was delivered, tattered and practically open, but delivered! However the lazy $#*! driver could not be bothered to take the light but bulky package to my door; he left it in my driveway! Monday came and went; No replacement package! Late Monday it too showed delayed, after showing out for delivery earlier that day, 10:30 a.m.! Today, Tuesday the replacement package was delivered, at least it was not falling apart! However the same lazy $#*! driver left my package in the driveway, AGAIN! What does "Deliver To The Front Door" on the instructions does he not understand! We are a disabled elderly couple, we need our packages delivered to the front door!

Rude, unreliable!

Omg I can't believe legit company's still use these losers, I had one guy open his car door while I was standing there, throw the package on the ground and told me to pick it up! This time I'm still waiting on it was supposed to be delivered 4 days ago worst and I mean WORST delivery company ever!

These ppl are a joke! How they are still in business, God knows! Blows my mind. Take EVERYONE'S ADVICE on here and DO NOT USE THEM! They will not deliver and then call the sender and lie through there teeth saying they did! You guys are FRAUDS!

SCAMMERS
September 4, 2023

The package with my order is missing. The tracking number said that the package was delivered at MIDNIGHT on Monday the 28th however, I never got the package. After submitting three inquiries to ontrac.com and not able to get any assistance there I contacted Columbia and this agent wasn't helpful at all. He gave me the phone number to contact ontrac directly *******5000 to orchestrate the delivery. However, that number is no longer even valid… yet I'm still missing the package and that was ordered for my husband birthday this weekend. What a shame, Columbia, choosing this crappy delivery through some scammers ONTRAC.COM

Utterly terrible

I'd hope they'd be at least 3 days AT LEAST 3 days from their delivery date. Terrible experience. At least be honest with customers. Going on my 5th (probably 6th at this point) day. My first order from them and will be my last for sure! DO NOT ORDER FROM ONTRAC!

Very bad shippers

They lost a package from SHEIN with about 15 items, text them, they say we don't understand. Been trying to call no answer.
SHEIN doesn't have a complaint service. What is this?

No Confidence

Their tracking system is unreliable: package was confirmed as having arrived at local facility and will be delivered soon but that didn't happen. The following day, tracking system indicates that it just arrived at local facility. When the package finally arrived, it was left outside of garage in high traffic area and not on doorstep (second level) as stated in documentation. And the contents which were supposed to be stored in cool environment arrived extremely hot (estimate 150 to 160 degrees Fahrenheit). Following is the customer service's response to complaint:

"Thank you for your your feedback in regards to your experience with OnTrac. We truly apologize in advance for the less than stellar performance you have encountered. We have filed a formal complaint on your behalf and we will have management follow up to ensure this issue is addressed. We take all complaints very seriously and we will make sure this is taken care of for you. Again, our apologies."

So they're filing a formal complaint against themselves? Definitely not very reassuring.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
March 18, 2023

I just got off the phone with the rudest Supervisor (Jennifer) I have ever spoken with in my life. Jennifer kept cutting me off while I spoke, she was rude and would talk over me and sounded like she was reading a script. I don't know where this woman was trained or how she got and kept her job. My package was never delivered to my property. I have camera footage of the property and the street and it clearly shows that a driver never made it on my street the entire day. Ontrac is stating that there was "no missed delivery" on their end and that I need to file a police report in order to find out what happened to my package.

Prior to speaking to Jennifer (the worst supervisor in the world) I spoke to multiple people all telling me a different story and one of which, Shannon, was by far the rudest and ignorant individual I had ever spoken to. She basically called me a liar and called her coworkers liars.

I don't understand how this company is in business and I hope that they loose all their contracts.

Package NOT Delivered

I was emailed that my package was delivered in the mailbox. Hence, I didn't expect for it to arrive so fast when purchasing it stated that it would be delivered sometime the second week of July. Anyways, I went down to check and there was no package in site. Asked apartment manager to check cameras and there was no delivery services that entered apartment complex at the time that it stated on the email. I called customer service that same day and they told me to wait so they can see what they can do on their end and she pretty much told me you'll need to contact the shipper to see what they can do on their end because they can't do nothing about it on theirs. "The package is no longer in our possession" she said. OnTrac delivery has the tendency of not following what is requested to where to place your packages. They either leave it outside of the apartment complex and not at your front door. They drop it off to the WRONG address. They are careless and would NOT recommend them as a delivery service to any of my family members and colleagues.

Thanks OnTrac for nothing! Just keep up the poor work that you do on a daily basis.

It’s not hard to find the apartment complex as they literally park right in front of it. Why go to another apartment and drop it off to their location? It’s not hard to punch a couple of numbers to get into the complex either.

Unhappy

I had an order that was supposed to be deliver today, I received a notification that my package was supposed to be delivery, but the driver return it back to the lasership company in VA Beach, the notification stated they needed more information and instructions in delivering my package, the information was correct, I ask could I pick up my package and they said I was unable to do so.
I became frustrated, I'm hope it will come tomorrow

I had placed a $70 order on 9/24/23 and knowing me I like to make sure my package is moving so I check it everyday making sure I keep track of it but on 9/27/23 it stopped and everyday after I've been hopping it'll move but nope it was supposed to be delivered 10/05/23 but it hasn't it's about to be 10/07/23 and the location is still in the same spot sense 9/27/23 I contacted the people I ordered from and all they can offer me was my refund I'm so upset with this I've never had bad luck with my online ordering and I can say I'll never go through ONTRAC ever again SMH

Poor delivery service
October 20, 2020

I ordered this television on 10/7/2020 with 2 day shipping. I was given a delivery date of 10/15/2020, so I took the day off of work. I called Best Buy on 10/15/2020 to see time of delivery. I was informed it hadn't left CA yet and it would be delivered on the 19th. I contacted the shipper who said it would be delivered that day. It was finally delivered on the 20th. Two day shipping, took 13 days

I am absolutely appalled at the laziness of this delivery company. Huge Kohls box with breakable items inside and it literally looks like it was drop kicked out of the delivery truck window INTO THE DITCH by a busy roadway. And apparently it sat there overnight because it was dark when they "delivered" it and we received ZERO notifications, etc. Never-mind pulling up to the actual house like EVERYONE ELSE DOES and leaving it by the garage or on the steps. I despise this company and hate that Kohls uses them, period. It's amazing the package even arrived. Next time, why don't you just go ahead and open the box and throw all the items across the front yard?!
