I honestly don't know if the drivers for Ontrac are just lazy or if they're full blown thieves, stealing anything they can, but I have NEVER had FedEx, ups, usps or DHL say a package has been delivered to me when it actually hasn't. In ONE year, this has happened with Ontrac SEVEN times.
There's no way this is just an accident that keeps happening over and over again. I can't even order from some of my favorite online stores anymore (I used to order from Sephora weekly and they're now losing my business because of this trash delivery service they use), because some of them, for some unknown reason, use Ontrac.
If you see that Ontrac is delivering your package, set expectations very low. In fact, just assumes it's not coming and you're going to have to wait at least an extra week for the company you ordered from to replace your order (and sometimes that won't come either).
Absolutely WORTHLESS, criminal "service". Stay far away!
I wish I would have known about Oncrap BEFORE I experienced this! I placed my order with Victoria Secret, all was well. Normally, shipments with them doesnt take that long so I thought that I'd give them a call and check on the status. Come to find out-the item was delivered on the eleventh of this month, at a time when I was at home! I never received a knock on the door, doorbell ring, window knock-nada! I called their customer service line and supposedly they're going to be "checking on it" but after reading everyone else's review-I shouldn't be expecting much which is why I am going to exhaust every single ounce of my energy doing what I can to get retribution! They need to know that they can't screw over us all like this and get away with it!
Ontrac said my package was deliverd when I was home and saw no one come to the door. Can't get anyone on the phone. I open a case and never got an update. When I contacted a chat agent they told me the investigation was never done and a new case will be open. Needless to say never heard from that investigation either. They take no accountabilityand show no proof that an investigation was done and just tells you to contact the seller. In this case it was NIKE and I'm disappointed NIKE used this terrible company.
IMO, businesses who use this company risk losing their customers. Pkgs are left in unacceptable places (out on a bench in the pouring rain [pic 3], in abandoned bldgs [pic 1&2] with signs that clearly state NOT to leave packages there with simple directions of where they should go). As a business owner myself, I understand the need to keep shipping costs as low as possible, but my abysmal track record receiving packages from OnTrac's "Delivery Service" puts the whole definition of "Service" into question (not to mention "receiving").
I don't even know how they are staying in the business with their unreliable service and dishonesty. This is not my first encounter with them. They constantly misdeliver and lose packages, but tell you they were delivered. My last encounter with Ontrac which is still ongoing, they said my package was delivered which wasn't and when I told them I had five security cameras including two front door cameras to show both my driveway and front door (part of street in front of my house), they all the sudden changed the story and said my package was retuned to the sender... a lie. When I contacted them again, this time they said it was still in the warehouse after a month later! Now they tell me the tracking detail is wrong! While I'm still dealing with this issue, another package from different retailer went missing! Their tracking shows the package was delivered several days ago... a lie again. I might just have to stick with Amazon shopping...
I was suppose to get this yesterday. I stayed home all day. "tracking said "delayed"-so I stayed home all day today. 7pm- I check tracking "Delayed again" Don't order from Walmart- Don't use Ontrac for anything!
The exact same issue has happened with multiple of my friends and family. The tracking shows out for delivery and exact same time shows delivered and never recieved the package. I have reached bvn out to them multiple times without a single response back. Garbage company.
This is the second time this has happend and I'm just hoping this package will show up. It says that my package was delivered but it wasn't delivered. Calling the customer service is useless and tell you to refer back to the shipper to have them deal with it. I really wish they would use usps again. Now they can't seem to tell me where my package is... D*******4019. If you're a company please dont use them.
I live on a gated road.My community receives regular deliveries TO THE DOOR from Fed-X and UPS. USPS usually leave parcels in a Postal locer at the gate per USPS regulations. OnTrac OTOH regularly DUMPS parcels on the county road in clear view of thieves...2 miles from my home. For years I have posted complaints. OnTrac driver even forged a Signature Required (Typed in) for an iWatch...then left it on the county road. Using LinkedIN I ws able to get through to a VP...got a call from a manger...promised the world...delivered ZERO. I make it a habit to declare failure of delivery to vendors who use onTrac and products fail to be delivered even if sometime days later a neighbor picks it up. I do offer them the option to send a shipping label and pick items up. This has been going on for well over 15 years...
They misdelivered a package to my address and apparently misdelivered my package to someone else. I called to let them know that they had left a package at my house for someone else. They said that they would pick it up the next day. They did show up the next day with my package but did not pick up the other package that we left out for them to pick up. I will have to call them again. I feel bad for the person waiting for their package but I don't believe that OnTrac cares much about their customers. SAD!
I understand its the holidays, but my package was supposed to get delivered on Dec 1st. It is now Dec 12th. Tracking the package is USELESS because they keep stating that it will be delivered on "the next business day" 4 days in a row. That's ridiculous! Never had this problem with UPS or Fed Ex. Retailers NEED to stop using this company. Oh and customer service is CLUELESS!
This delivery service has to be joke. They attempted to deliver my order before the expected delivery date and when I wasn't there to receive it they asked for additional info. I provided that info and when I went back to receive an update they were sending my package back to the seller. They never even tried a second delivery. WORST SERVICE EVER. Customer service was absolutely useless. The live chat support was more useless than to robot. AVOID.
My daughter had package delivered to her house in Los Angeles by Ontrac, gets phone notifications package is delivered, goes to get package, no package there. Gets no help from Ontrac or the company she ordered from. She ordered something else from same company, but had it sent to my address in Menifee, Ontrac also delivered package to my home, get picture notifications, go to door to get package no package there. A signal blocker was used to block wifi signal on doorbell camera, Ontrac truck is seen on house camera driving away, but they define their delivery drivers even if you know they are the ones that stole your package. If you have a package being delivered by Ontrac, BEWARE, they hire THIEVES. They also said that the picture notifications is proof that the package was received, even if the driver stole it back from you. These guys are justifying criminals and giving them permission to stole from the customer by sending them a delivery notification picture. How sad.
This company is definitely the worse one to use for shipping, a package worth $795.00 never arrived, and when i checked the tracking it show someone was signed for it, we don't have on one by that name in my business, Robert Jons delivery time was when my business was closed, we checked are store Cameras for the time

OnTrac said my package was delivered on March 3rd at 5:36pm. It was not delivered. The neighbor across from me has a security camera that monitors my front door. He reviewed the security tapes and verified that no package was delivered. I emailed OnTrac customer service on March 5th and heard back from them on March 7th. Ontrac said they would look into it. Fortunately, my package was finally delivered on May 8th. The customer service agent at JCPenney told me that sometimes the package shows up when it's shipped by Ontrac and sometimes it never shows up. I've concluded that shipping with Ontrac is like rolling the dice and hoping the dice roll in your favor. I'm not a gambling person, so I'm now going to ask everyone I buy from if they use Ontrac, and if they do, they won't have my business.
Lost my packge, rude representative. Bad costumer service. Didn't even call me to let me know it was lost they just kept delaying my package till I contacted them. Then the lady on the phone was like oh your package is lost contact the shipper. I was like really wow!
How can this company be so bad and still be in business! They were given my package from DHL for FAST AND ON TIME DELIVERY BECAUSE THEY HAD DELAYS and now they are taking forever and don't ever respond you can't even talk to anyone. After reading all there terrible reviews I knew it was going to be a $#*! show! OnTrac is the worst delivery service I have ever seen
My package arrived late, beat up and abandoned. Avoid them at all costs. Shady "business". Disgruntled underpaid drivers that gives no $#*!s about your package.
My package was supposed to get delivered 3 days ago, and online shipping site it keeps saying Shipment delayed, delivery date updated! Emailed them and no response! Never again!
I ordered two items from Bestbuy one came next via UPS. The Ontrac shipped one didn't arrive as promised now it says delayed Idiot company. Always a problem

Answer: Any Shipping company is cheaper and better than OnTrac. USPS, FedEx, UPS are all leaps and bounds better and cheaper than OnTrac. You will regret using them. Stay away from them if possible.

Answer: Agree / we already have the top 3 shipping companies in the city for local ( USA) shipping. Which throwing stealing packages is federal time by law opening someone else's mail. Or maybe that's only for USPS mail. But they should make it for packages as well. If it's not yours or not authorized by the person you cannot open it. Or if you steal it. It's a 250k fine. Or jail time And then say is that worth opening the package?
