IMO, businesses who use this company risk losing their customers. Pkgs are left in unacceptable places (out on a bench in the pouring rain [pic 3], in abandoned bldgs [pic 1&2] with signs that clearly state NOT to leave packages there with simple directions of where they should go). As a business owner myself, I understand the need to keep shipping costs as low as possible, but my abysmal track record receiving packages from OnTrac's "Delivery Service" puts the whole definition of "Service" into question (not to mention "receiving").
