Delayed order
September 16, 2023

I ordered several items from Temu and have yet to receive them. The status keeps saying shipment delayed and its been this way for 2 weeks. I've reached out to ONTRAC via their site and I get NO response. I have even texted the number they provided and again NO response. What's the deal with this company. I ordered several other things after this order and I've received them but NOT the one I really really need. So frustrated!

I just received an email saying that my package has been delivered at my front door. There was no package delivered to my front door. I been here all day and in and out since this morning. I sent an email to customer service and I am waiting on a reply.

When you buy anything from a store make sure they not ship for OnTrac the customer service phone number will not go through or claim once it does go through it take you all most one hour to get some for then if you went a claim they will tell you try call others number and that not go work even longer they will make you go back to here the sender you guy the thing at to talk them or refund it the worse company ever do not shop or buy from them at all or it will take you 3 day to get a ring from them to get through a customer for one house + worse experience with this company I will not do any think from them any more

After waiting 15 days for an order to be delivered, I was informed that they had finally delivered it. Except they hadn't. When I called them, I was told that the delivery code was wrong and in fact they had lost the package. They advised me to reach out to the vendor and get a refund. This is not the first package they have lost, and I'm sure it won't be the last.

Worthless

The worst. Period. Whether through Amazon or other shippers, this company consistently drops the ball. Ontrac has a 90% failure rate in delivering packages on time to my address. They will show on their website that a package has delivered, but in reality they are delivering my packages to some other address. Occasionally, MONTHS after I have reordered and received replacement packages (through other, more reliable couriers such as UPS, FedEX, or USPS), I finally receive 3 or 4 packages that had been "lost." My assumption is that whoever Ontrac is delivering my packages to eventually calls Ontrac to let them know.

Very Satisfied

I have had On Trac deliver many of my packages and never had a problem. In fact, when I see they are the delivery company I am very pleased. I have 2 packages coming from them today from 2 different companies, I feel assured there will be no problem.

False commitments

This company can't predict shipping dates if their lives depended on it. You make a plan to be home to avoid the porch pirates, packages get rescheduleded day after day after day. Its as if they're trying to bloat fast service to their customer yet way under deliver to the consumer. Its rude and if I was a business I would choose another company for your deliveriss, it makes you look bad as well.

Worst Worst Worst ever! I called and filled out a form online with explicit delivery instructions including a gate code since i live in a gated apt. I got an email later on in the afternoon of the delivery day and it said it was delivered to the mail room. There are only mail boxes on my apt site and it is at least 8 ft away outside of the gate which is in a open area for anybody to walk to steal my package and that's exactly what happen.The driver was so $#*!ing lazy and just left my package outside on the ground by the mail boxes and all he/she had to do as requested was to just go up the stairs use the gate code and sit it on my porch. I called to make a complaint and report it and i couldn't reach anybody!

Never again!

I bought engine parts from Summit Racing, as I have for decades. The packages came from USPS or FedEx in a day or two. The latest was shipped via On Trac. It sat in a warehouse for a week. I told Summit that if they ever use these clowns again, Jegs & Speedway will get all my business.

Property damage
January 6, 2023

This company delivered a package to my home at the bottom of a hill, one way in, one way out, hit my car and sped off. When they were informed it couldn't possibly be their guy, he's been with them for a long time. We'll, it couldn't possibly be anybody else. No one else was here…I heard it, but he was gone by the time I got outside. Beware using this company, they aren't honest.

Stop putting in orders with this job all they do is steal people packages they have a bunch of crack heads & dust heads on the line drivers steal packages too it be bunch of packages with items in it in a big dumpster outside this job this job just all bad

This shipping carrier has no customer service agents and no real time tracking Marked package as delivered and no picture. I'm home and package was not delivered. Companies should not use this carrier for shipping! Do better Zero stars

Made order with Walmart.com, they shipped products with ONTRACK ( cheap rates) they lost package or stole the package there drivers ( most of them) are idiot morons. There website says they left package on my porch, thats hog wash. My security cams show No-One

Horrible business that delivers praying on their downfall my package has been being "delivered" for the last 3 weeks. I reached out multiple times but they don't answer they claim that they are the "fastest shippers in the u.s" but can't do anything right. STICK WITH USPS AND FEDEX! In the picture it says it was supposed to be delivered the 14th of march and it's 3 days later with no answers.

They reported being unable to deliver my package due to an invalid shipping address. They also lied regarding an attempted delivery. How are you going to make a delivery to an invalid address? By the way, the address was correct.

Drivers cant be trusted
November 29, 2019

The OnTrac driver claimed he delivered a package to my home in the middle of the night. The package was never delivered! He then lied and said he came back to my address to try to find the package. I have a porch camera and he was never at my house! If he delivered it he dropped it to the wrong address and would not admit his mistake! Beware!

Horrible delivery! Put large package at the bottom of the steps up to the porch! Have written sign telling delivery people to put ON the porch NOT on steps or bottom of the Porch! I have to lug it up the stairs and into the house! OnTrac is getting worse!

Failed delivery
December 6, 2023

Got notice that package delivered to front door and even had picture of door. Problem was it wasn't my door and no idea who's it is, contacted them on their website and when they responded they said they understand that I didn't get package but there is a picture of package delivered, case closed and to contact the seller for replacement or refund
