Many on the models misrepresente the content they sell, even the verified accounts. Customer support is worthless! They are completely incompetent, they are unable and unwilling to fix any of the numerous bugs and flaws of the site. Only Fans customer service is shockingly disgusting, they may reply to your messages, not always helpful, and are prone to just add a link to the FAQ, however, the reason we contact them is due to the FAQ's not being enough. After every reply, they mark the case as resolved even if it is not.
They take payments and then claim they have never received any funds, and as soon as you mention I have contacted the bank they don't say a word.

BE WARNED they don't care about subscribers, they only care about content makers, and if you report a content maker they request to message them first, by the time the content maker replied your subscription has expired and there is no content so customer services do not do anything.

OnlyFans is knowingly harboring criminal fraud, for which they are now subject to a class action lawsuit.

During the 1 month or so I've been active on the platform, I've encountered scammers non stop. One was in Ukraine, and she ran a romance scheme on me, manipulating me endlessly. She promised me a custom video in exchange for tips to help her get some things like a generator, and pay off a loan shark. I foolishly fell for the scheme, and gave her money in exchange for the custom video. She kept deferring sending the video, and asking for money for different things. I eventually got wise - and blocked her and contacted OnlyFans. They basically have covered for her and refused to help at all in getting paid back for the custom video that never came. I have extreme doubts about any of her series of emergences being true, nor her love-bombing romance scheme. I think she's committing fraud, if it even is her.

Another disaster happened shortly thereafter, whereby a sophisticated group of British girls were running a scheme where they were cross promoting accounts entirely run by agency chatters. They promised access to these creators, but I never interacted with them once. Similar types of manipulation happened - a dog with cancer, can't make rent, birthday presents, hair dye. I eventually caught onto their scheme, which was quite sophisticated with pre-recorded content - and I approached OnlyFans support for help. Not only are they permitting these scammers to continue to operate, they're covering for them as they violate ToS, Acceptable Use Policy, and break state and federal law. They know full well these chatters are deceiving customers about who they're talking to, know full well the chatters are lying constantly to users to extract cash - and they do nothing to stop it because it makes them a tremendous amount of money.

I tried OnlyFans and fairly quickly became a NoFan. Was ready to give up and was so glad to be directed to KrissyForFun. She's fairly new, creative, authentic and hot as hell. I went to verify my credit card. The system said it would debit a small amount and I would need to enter the amount to confirm the card. The system also said if the amount wasnt in USD, which it was not in my case, I'm Australian, the right USD amount was part of the payment description. The problem is, the USD was nowhere to be found, so Onlyfans lied. So I failed to enter the USD amount. Went back and forth with this arrogant & densed customer service girl and got to nowhere. She said I need to wait 24 hours to verify again. Waited 24 hours, the system now asks to debit another amount. I'm not going to be fooled twice. Absolute BS of a company. The customer service is horrible. Hope they can find a more ethical place to work at at their next jobs. My goodness.

Title says it all. This is a site for scammers. Please be careful and don't give them a chance to take your money. There is no consequences for them if they rip you off so buyer beware!

When you are paying money, the least you would expect is to get value, or at least get to pay the money,
My account wasn't verified, and they limited the account until I get verified (which shouldn't be mandatory considering the content of the website), I verified my account, provided all needed dox, and contacted them to enable me pay the money, no one replied for over 24 hours, and the offer available for some content was expired.
What a stupid methodology.

I was scammed by this creator. Paid for svip so we could talk all the time, we barely did. She just ignored me. Pay for a 1 on 1 virtually date that was ignored again. Please avoid this account, it's a agency that runs her account. You aren't talking with her

I've tried making an account with OnlyFans and during the creation process, they want you send them your other online accounts. Even though I don't have a Facebook, Instagram or even Twitter my account was denied because of this.
When I question them about this and even reminded them that on their site that it clearly states showing them other accounts are "optional" their comeback was they want want to make sure that I'm real even though in the beginning you HAVE to send them a copy of your ID and you holding that same ID with your face showing, they went silent. They just don't care and clearly just want to steal your personal information, I would highly suggest using other sites then these guys.

After I initiated a chargeback for one charge of 25.31 CAD, they suspended my account, they are threathening legal action, requesting very personal informations in order to terminate my account and I would have to provide this info to a third party company I never heard of... F... U OnlyFans.

My credit card provider (BMO Mastercard - Travel card) has cancelled my old credit card, decided to refund me and reissue a new card. Bravo BMO Mastercard. I'll deal with OnlyFans, my way if they bug me again.
