I had underestimated the value of my home. As I prepare to put it on the market this was a very good source to investigate.

I had a great response, quick and efficient. I must say I was a bit disappointed that the value of the home is still not at price I have told by various realtors more like $270,000 and more.

After reviewing several sites where I was offered an opportunity to sign up for $2.95 and then $24.95 a month. I found your system to be a better deal with much more user friendly I will be using your program again I am a private investor so I rent properties from time to time and may need to evaluate tenants wanting to rent or buy my properties.

It covered nearly everything except the n1 thing I needed. So, still trying to locate the information that I came here hoping to receive.

This report is through and very specific in many important areas. I have used Zillow in the past and will continue in the future.

Not sure where the mortgage amount ($349,500) came from. Not sure what the property is valued at today.

I FOUND IT VERY INFORMATIVE. I FOUND ITEMS ABOUT MY JEEP THAT I DID NOT PREVIOUSLY KNOW. THE JEEP IS 15 YEARS OLD WITH LOW MILAGE AND IN VERY GOOD CONDITION.

Things of 'need to know' information, especially to first home owners/buyers. Good history of value and local information.

goddamn ripoff! how are these people still online allowed to screw people over, there was nothing on their page about an 18.95/month fee. wheres the BBB on this ripoff???

This should be a negative ten star review, but that is not an option.

I am absolutely appalled that this company says it costs one dollar for a report, and then signs me up for a monthly subscription service. I am now online trying to get customer service to cancel everything, give me the appropriate refund, and delete my information from their system. I am so appalled. Don't fall for this like I did.

I have the same problem as all these people. Short of canceling my credit card how do i stop this
