How do I cancel this membership I did not request and stop you from taking money out of my account.

I'm looking for my criminal record report.
Would like to cancel any future billing and cancel my account.
I did not get my report and asked me to call the number. I did call and basically the message said that the phone number is used to send only text messages and to try email or try the website
I just purchased a report for the $1:00. The report was WAY off to what I put in. Now I am told I have 5 days before they charge my card the 18.95, but until then I can view 25 reports for just $1.00? I have asked customer service if this 18.95 is all inclusive or do I have to pay for extra for certain reports? I am really confused right now.
I posted a review and was told to send an email for my Amazon gift card
I just ordered a $1.00 report and read I may be charged $18.95. Is this something I should expect from your company?
