I'm looking for my criminal record report.How do I cancel this membership I did not request and stop you from taking money out of my account.I did not get my report and asked me to call the number. I did call and basically the message said that the phone number is used to send only text messages and to try email or try the website I just purchased a report for the $1:00. The report was WAY off to what I put in. Now I am told I have 5 days before they charge my card the 18.95, but until then I can view 25 reports for just $1.00? I have asked customer service if this 18.95 is all inclusive or do I have to pay for extra for certain reports? I am really confused right now.
