HORRIBLE

Stay away from these people. They lie repeatedly. I was promised that I would receive my order yesterday and now find, via my tracking number that it will not arrive until Thursday of next week... They assured me of the expedited shipping at their expense. So as to "close the deal". Liars. Further, I was told that I would get a call back "today" from a mgr. Three days ago. Still waiting. More lies at every level. Perhaps it's a cultural issue as I have not yet spoken to even one person that speaks fluent English

After some unnecessary responses, lack of complete information on how to return a product to get prompt service, all came out to a very satisfactory end. No return labels were provided and the phones had to be sent back twice to get a good working phone.The one that can May 12,2018, was charged overnight and works perfectly. Thanks for your patients with me in getting a proper working phone. Note your notes on how long this took.

This is an update. Finally got my product late. Thought I was buying a new product. Its used, no box, no manual, not packing slip or paper work or receipt or anything. I was already mad at the company for delivery and service, so I immediately called to use the 30 day return policy. They want to charge me a 15% processing fee plus shipping and handling.!&$@! This is a TERRIBLE company. I'm sending it back because if I want to spend that much money I want it new. I have already ordered a NEW one from Amazon for LESS guaranteed to be to me tomorrow! STAY AWAY!

This company (onlinephonestore.com) has a shell / fronting company called sam.factoryoutletstore.com I placed a order with factory outlet, com only to have factory outlet.com transfer my purchase to onlinephonestore.com - which I never did authorise. This sam.factoryoutletstore.com is a fraudulent representation of onlinephonestore.com. Since they use the same PO number and of course refuse to cancel any transaction, even if they cannot fill the order as placed.

This web store bad in everything... Sell price little cheaper than other store but they sell the USE item... bought 2 bluetooth headset do not look brand new to me... the battery of the bluetooth last lesser than an hrs. Call for exchange they send you the form to email and you have to pay shipping and wait until they inspect your item than they can send you the new one... Dam... now I pay more than other web store plus this is not brand new item... Dam go hell to onlinephonestore.com

I recently purchased a defective Jabra Stone Bluetooth headset from OnlinePhoneStore.com and returned it for exchange 2 days later. They said they would send out a replacement the same day that they recieve it. However, I called 4 days later and was told that they had in fact recieved the faulty device. The unit cost $54.59 and $9.30 shipping charge. The customer service rep indicated that no replacements were available at the time and a full refund would be charged back to my credit card. Then 2 days later, my account does reflect the cost of the device. After calling immediately, I was informed that they will NOT refund the shipping charge of $9.30. This is a rip-off company and should be reported for their fradulent operations. If you intend to purchase anything from this online source, you might want to think twice and read the reviews first. My suggestion is that you order elsewhere.

I bought a "NEW" Siemens wireless phone set from onlinephonestore.com. Worst mistake I've made in a while.
First, when I got the package, the box seemed worn. Then I discover that everything looked a bit worn, batteries had been put in all phones, and there was a number stored in the phones directory... some guy's number.
After repeated emails and attempts at calling them, I've yet to get a response.
In my last email to them, I stated that I was going to report them to the BBB and the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) which, I am going to do today.
This order came at the beginning of June and I've yet to have any satisfaction from this company.
STAY AWAY!

DO NOT BUY FOR THESE FOLKS! They are dishonest in every possible way, shipping used phones when a new phone was ordered, the phones shipped did not work, then charging to send defective product back and not crediting the full purchase price. They are unethical and fraudulent.

I wish I had seen these reviews prior to my buying a battery for my phone. First, I received no notice of shipping, but my credit card was charged IMMEDIATELY upon the order. Moreover, the wrong battery was sent even though I was VERY specific about the phone model number. I have tried to email OPS, but got a failure notice. I will send the battery back and dispute the charge.

This company has the worst customer service I've yet encountered. Returned a phone that stopped working after two weeks. Didn't have the box at that point and manufacturer called them in a three way with me to say that not having the box was not an issue, as OPS refused the return. So after a lot of haggling they sent me a new one without the original packaging and it was damaged in shipping. Now they want me to pay shipping to send out another while I wait for UPS to do a damage claim. It's been over two months of this and I'm still waiting for a phone that works.
This company has policies up the wazoo, and no respect for the customer.
WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN

Returned nextel cordless phones and onlinephone store told me they never received. USPS ran a trace and it was delivered 4 days after it was sent. This went on from May, 2012 and even though stated they received the phones, I've never received my new phones NEVER PURCHASE AND THING FROM THIS FOREIGN OPERATED STORE

I looked at the site and found the make an model number of the phone set I have. I wanted two new batteries for the hand sets. The serial numbers for my units are on the site. I ordered two batteries and paid by credit card. The shipping was discounted because it was a special offer for an order exceeding a stated price.

The package came. The batteries to do not fit the hand sets. I sent an Email back to the store saying I was returning them for an exchange. I also sent one of my own batteries in the packge so that they could find what I need for the exchange without any further difficulties or mistakes. I put a copy of the Order Receipt and my Email in the package so there would be no question that I wanted to exchange two batteries which do not work for two which do for a make a model which the store advertises that it has in stock and sells.

Days later an Email response came: you're too late for returns. No such policy about returns is on the Order Receipt. Nor is there a statement on the Order Receipt which says "Any exchanges or returns must comply with our Return Policy which appears on our Website. Look there for instructions."

The store now has the only battery -- my old one -- which fits my hand set and says it probably has lost it and will not return it. It also credited my account for the return charging me full shipping price -- triple the amount I paid to have the goods shipped here in the first place -- plus a restocking fee. Customer service was of no help.

I'm out about twelve bucks for goods this seller advertises it has for sale but doesn't have for sale. False and deceptive advertising.

SCAM! Complete scam. Don't do business with these people!
