Call your credit card company and try to get them to issue a chargeback!

Yes, this is online store is not good to buy... return item/exchange you have to pay for shipping. What the hell... I give them NO STAR...
I bought the bluetooth headset the battery ran out within an hr... call them wait wait and they send the exchange form to an email and I have to mail back than they will send the new one. I have to pay for shipping on the defect item I buy...
Watch out this website... I believe they send you the REFURBISH/USE ITEM... the item I recieve do not look new to me...
