I placed an order for aluminum sheet material, unfortunately labels got swapped at the factory and I received someone else's order. When I contacted online metals the problem was dealt with immediately and effectively. I now have the correct parts and all is well!
Good material. Dropped one star because two corners were bent on one piece.

Outstanding service and reasonable prices! Prompt shipping and extremely good protective packaging for shipping. I would not go anywhere else for aircraft sheet, plate, extrusions and tubing.

I placed an order for some metric tubing. I received the order and the MTR was not attached, which should have been attached. I requested a copy and a couple of days later I received it. I found out that the material is not DFARS or DOMESTIC. In this case, the job does not require DFARS or DOMESTIC material. It would be great if you could have a choice or list what it is to avoid having to make a call or finding out after the material is received.

Ordered a metal rod and selected the will call option. The item was not is stock at the local warehouse but customer service contacted me and offered to have the item shipped for free.
