My original order was cut to the wrong size. Within a few days I received a follow-up order, with the product cut to my specifications, no additional charge!

Very easy to order. Ended up with two orders, I forgot one item and had to order a second time. UPS misplaced one of the packages in Louisville but that was not your fault. Everything eventually got here well packaged.

Search and search for a steel pipe/tube that would work to repair the PTO drive shaft for my Massey Ferguson hay bailer. This repair part worked perfectly with a bit of welding to complete the repair. The strength of the PTO shaft should work for years to come

I needed one piece of square stock. I needed it to be less than an inch square. Online metals had the best price for the 2 foot section that I needed. I'd never done any business with online metals. I found their website to be fast, intuitive, and informative. I found their payment process to be quick and simple. As an IT professional for the last 40 years, I think I'm qualified to give this e-commerce site at least 8 or 9 out of 10 simply because it ranks right up there with overall ease of use.
