I ordered a 12" long section of tubing that was 1.5" OD x 0.049" wall x 1.402" ID in 304 seamless stainless steel. The order was accurately filled, and the tube was promptly delivered. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

My aluminum sheet arrived as time estimated, during inspection i noticed:
- Couple places have dents on the edge ( minor)
- Sheet protected by a strong plastic film on both side.
- Exact size as i ordered.
- Thickness is exact as stated ( I measured by a micro meter).
Over i rated this company 4 stars, 1 star subtracted by high shipping cost.

This company is somewhat unbelievable.
They offer products that are hard to get.
To an extent they will customize your order by cutting to size.
This makes the company a PRACTICAL source.
Their product line is, gratefully, expansive and expanding.
(Perhaps a future expansive service is to offer custom machining service as well!)
Their online checkout is so smooth and efficient.
Their customer service is exceptional, seemingly customized.
Their chat window is staffed by a very competent person.
All of the above make this a very valuable source.
In my experience few companies are able to operate online at this level of competence.
Although embarassing, I honestly need to add that they fix my stupid mistakes without complaint.
These cost them a loss of time and effort. Thank you!

Recieved my order quickly. The material was packaged very well - metal can be hard to ship, but the cardboard packaging protected my order well. Custom size cuts were very well made and the size was spot on. Very good experience.

I ordered 2 20lb proto boxes, one brass, one aluminum. When it came in (both in the same box) the box was severely damaged and about 2lbs worth of aluminum was missing unfortunately… I gave them a call, explained the situation and not only did they send me the 2lbs of missing aluminum, they sent me a whole new 20lb proto box for free! Great customer service! Highly recommended.

Normal for online sales. Shipping across country is expensive.

Ordered some specific pipe, to fit a connector puck and threading.
Had the pipe cut to specific length. All was done as ordered.
The only thing was that the units needed to be de burred.
Price and quality is good. Delivery fast and well documented.

Received my order in a timely manner, however there was some damage to the edge of the metal sheets like someone jammed a forklift into it. Also a few scratches on the surface of the diamond plate.

I ordered a piece of material that appeared to be readily available on the web site. I chose overnight shipping at checkout. The next day the order just said "processing" so I called customer service. The reps were friendly and helpful but the material was not in stock and was shipping from an outside vendor. I was told a substitute piece was available in-stock. I requested that piece be shipped in addition to the one coming from the outside vendor. Unfortunately, this did not happen. It took two more calls to customer service over the next couple days to finally get the second piece shipped. In the end, they both arrived the same day and I was able to cut and deliver the rush parts I had to make. This was a rather stressful experience, given the emergency nature of the job I was working.
