The order was recieved very well, The only reason I gave it a 3 star was because I did apply for net 30 terms, I have been in business since 1980 and have paid my bills in 30 days or less, But was turned down for opening an account with On-line Metals and was given no reason why?

Needed some small diameter brass tubing to make some custom axle bearings for an old Lionel train engine. Online Metals had the right size to start the process and with a little machining the bearings were made. The final result was some great running wheels on axles housed in the brass tubing.

I appreciate that Online Metals offers many products needed by me (a boatbuilder and hobbyist) not elsewhere available to the general public. My order arrived promptly and well packaged. Shipping cost charged for this order seemed very high - higher than actual freight carrier charges. I almost didn't purchase due to shipping cost being higher than a competitor, but competitor didn't have my item in stock.

I know when I order marine grade aluminum 6061 or 6063 I'm getting what I wanted. MTR's are all provided leaving no doubt.

Ordering online was easy. I wanted to pick it up locally and when you get to the shipping portion of checkout you can do that there. Good pricing for the metal I needed and order was ready in 2 days. Pick up was a breeze.
