The overall reputation of the company is marred by significant customer dissatisfaction, primarily due to issues with ticket delivery, refund policies, and customer service responsiveness. Many customers report being charged exorbitant fees, receiving invalid tickets, and facing unresponsive support channels, leading to frustrations and claims of being scammed. While some customers appreciate the variety of events offered, the overwhelming sentiment reflects a lack of trust and reliability. The company's rigid policies regarding refunds, particularly for postponed events, further exacerbate negative perceptions, suggesting a need for improved customer service and clearer communication.

This site was the cheapest place I could find tickets! I did decide to buy tickets a bit late, so tickets were already pricey-er, but this was the cheapest I could find so thank you Online City Tickets! Watch out for the pricey service fee though, but overall this is good for last-minute ticket buying.
It was easy to order my tickets and the prices were somewhat less than the theater website. I don't understand that but I am glad I saw this site.
The tickets are very expensive. The service charge is very high. I wouldn't use it unless you really want to go to a venue.
The process was really easy. The fees are really high. Why not just include the fee price in with the ticket? It sucks to think your getting a good price on a concert ticket only to find its actually $20 more with the fees added in.
Did not mind paying $170 for the tickets but then an additional $53p/t service charge and an additional "instant download" fee. Last time for this site.
I ordered tickets for 4 to a musical. The day before the event i got a call saying they couldn't get the tickets in the area i had purchased and would i move to another area. They promised it was the best available... i got there and it was literally the last row of sold seats... in the highest point in the theater. There were seats in the levels below us that we could see were not taken... To have only given us 24 hours to deal with this and then to give us the worst seats in the venue... - is wrong. These were a gift to my daughter for her birthday and i purchased them far in advance and paid really well for them... DON't risk it!
I talk With Bruno for buy my ticket and I have a very good expérience. I appreaciate all he do for take the time with me to understand what I want
Buying tickets were very easy and we got good seats. The only thing I did not like is that the processing fees are very expensive
I liked using this site, cheaper than using ticket master to order tickets. Process was fast and easy!
Website is super easy to use! My tickets ready to print in less than 5 minutes, can't wait to see the show. Would be nice to see if the seats are side by side if you're buying multiple tickets is my only critique.
At one point I picked a section and a row, but it never said a seat number, or if the seats are consecutive, ect. The flash seats option seamed to be the only option, and so far I have no idea if it worked. For the amount of fees and charges, I better have seats.
I Have not received tickets. I have only order confirmation. This site was easy to order but I'm leery of any results. I would like tickets mailed to my home address ASAP. If they have to be sent by email, they should have already been sent! This will go to a 1 star if I don't get results soon.
Easy ticket purchase. It took less than 10 minutes and was able to download and pritmnt right away...
I was sent an email saying I would get $20 off if I ordered now and I did not get the discount*(*((((*************
Service charges and delivery fees prohibitive. Got credit card info successful on second go-around. Pretty happy with service, as I caused scene at brick-and-mortar ticket seller after he sold my Dead & Co. Ticket out from under me! Last year.
I dont want to print my ticket I just want to add it to my apple wallet. Help. Other than that Im glad I got tickets.
I thought I would only spend 60 or 65 dollars on 29 a piece tickets. I ended up spending nearly 84 dollars. Was not happy.
This site is so frustrating. The URLS keep changing, it all seems like a scam, the prices are outrageous.
Answer: In my case, they sent e-mail that the tickets would be forthcoming. When I failed to receive them the week before the concert, per e-mail download as promised, I called their #, the person on the other end told me that it was will-call at the box-office with the copy of the e-mail I needed to bring. The box office told me that as a 2nd line seller, they did not keep them there. When I called to ask why they did this to me and demanded re-imbursal, they sent the tickets per e-mail download THE DAY AFTER THE CONCERT. They tried to cover their tracks with the credit card company, the problem for them was that the time stamp of their sending the tickets reflected the day after the concert. So essentially, they are not even competent as rip-off artists.
Answer: So sorry to hear you have been conned by this outfit. Apparently sometimes they DO send valid tickets, so I hope you are one of the lucky ones. I suggest you tell your credit card company (by phone and IN WRITING) that you are disputing this charge. Also tell everyone you know to avoid this rip-off company. I know this doesnt help you now, but in the future buy tickets only from Ticketmaster (I've never had a problem with them). Good luck.
Answer: I couldn't even open the download so I called the number and all I got was an answering system to send email and I did but no reply from them so the next day a call about 50 times until I got someone. After getting transferred to 3 different people and waiting about an hour for the supervisor the guy told me no refunds are allowed but money is 100% guarantee if it doesn't work at the time of the event. So I'm praying to God they are good the event isn't until the end of November
Answer: They are scoundrels. I know where their office is and went by there recently. I am laying out a plan.
Answer: If you have already purchased your tickets from this outfit, good luck. They sent me tickets for a concert in Tennessee and I asked for and live in Florida. They said it was MY mistake and that I asked for TN. They supposedly tried to resell the tickets and couldn't so I was out $300.00 for two tickets. They have something like 130 complaints and are a scam outfit. Next time order elsewhere and good luck with these tickets.
Answer: I just cancelled my order because they never sent the tickets. At least you got yours so maybe they will be okay. I would call the arena where the event will be and ask them how many issues they have had with this company. I emailed five times and they always sent an automated response back. Then, when I was in a meeting at work they finally called and the number just read, "33333" when they called me. No return phone number... very strange. They left a message to call them so I did immediately after my meeting (15 minutes)... the automated system was up and did not allow me to speak with a person. Thus far, I have never spoken to a real person when I call their number. I disputed the purchase, got my money back and bought tickets for much less at StubHub. I was surprised because my last tickets at Stubhub were kind of expensive... but these tickets (McCartney) were not too crazy expensive. Anyway, best of luck, and I would make a back up plan.
Answer: You will get your tickets, but they will likely have someone else's name printed on them. Worst of all, they will most likely not be honored at the gate/box office. My advice is to get a refund NOW and buy tickets from a reputable outlet like Ticketmaster. City Online are thieves and scammers. See my review about James Taylor concert in Norfolk, Virginia.
Answer: Contact the venue, give them all the details on the tickets received and verify if U will be able to legitimately use the tickets, considering the issues with this company that are so overwhelming. My experience reviewing all the people who describe their issues with them is that even if the tickets are usable, the overpayment is so excessive that it would have been better dealing with the regular ticket outlet for the venue.
Answer: Yes Ann, you will get your tickets. You just over paid by a HUGE amount... but other then that, the company is legit. They are just robbers the way they do it... thats all. Have a good time and yes, at least now you learned a lesson (like all of us on this site);-)
