The overall reputation of the company is marred by significant customer dissatisfaction, primarily due to issues with ticket delivery, refund policies, and customer service responsiveness. Many customers report being charged exorbitant fees, receiving invalid tickets, and facing unresponsive support channels, leading to frustrations and claims of being scammed. While some customers appreciate the variety of events offered, the overwhelming sentiment reflects a lack of trust and reliability. The company's rigid policies regarding refunds, particularly for postponed events, further exacerbate negative perceptions, suggesting a need for improved customer service and clearer communication.

This site was true to its terms. I received my tickets as promised, and had no problems at the check in.
This feels like a scam. I was trying to order tickets from the box office. I had searched for the arena site and this site came up looking just like the official site. I went ahead and ordered tickets only to find a $20/ticket fee charged after I had put in my credit card. I am now out $70 for the tickets I ordered because I didn't know I was buying from a reseller. I am upset that I didn't know this up front and that I wasted what for me was a lot of money. When I tried to talk to the Bon Secours Arena Customer Service about not using this company, the woman hung up on me. Nice Customer Service. Do not use these people. Now we will wait to see if I actually have tickets.
Wife wanted to see Paramore and I couldn't find the tickets anywhere else but here. Prices were fair and had the tickets ordered in less than five minutes
I've never done an eticket before. Wish I didn't have to print it off as I do not have internet or a printer, doing it off my phone. Looking forward to a wonderful experience
Thank you for confirming my ticket purchase for 12/2/18. I cannot wait to watch WICKED! Bringing my boyfriend who has yet to see this play.
I purchased tickets for an event for my daughter and I and my parents to go to 4 tickets came to almost 700$ On top of that they never said anything about an exchange rate too so it came to 1000$ after all was done will never buy from them again!
Why should a $65 ticket cost $135.50. I thought I was paying $101, which I thought was high for GA floor. Then I get hit with $35 service fee. Then I read the final printed ticket, and it shows the price as $65. So how much is this ticket? I bought 2 and paid a whopping $271. Why can't we just buy from the venue? Will not do this again.
Tony was very helpful and got me the best deal for the ticket that I wanted. Had an answer for all my questions.
Had difficulty online so I called them. Great and friendly service. Will definitely purchase tickets from them again!
Good service, easy way to pay, quick service. I recommend this service and like the payment method the most
I was looking for a ticket last minute and got one cheap and quickly with only days to spare thank you guys for making omg so fast and easy for me to spend time with my cousin
5 star, bought tickets for gig in Chicago as live in UK was a bit wary. Had tickets e transferred within minutes.
I didnt know that it wasnt a direct ticket master event. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES...? CONSUMERS HAVE 3 DAYS TO CHANGE A PURCHASE FOR A REFUND... Now I am stuck with tickets to a show that is not at all what I thought it was. I will never make the mistake of purchasing from allcitytickets.com EVER AGAIN!
Very pleasant and reassuring. The representative was very helpful, and repeated each piece of information given to her. Her suggestions were accepted graciously.
I was told I got some discount, and the email would show me the detail in the coming statement, however, when I open the email, nothing was there. The ticked is $122/pp, the service fee was about $37, about 30%, really too high as I have known. I paid $466.83, only got about $4/pp discount, it's very different from what I was told.(I was talking with Romeo) Please send me the detail of statement. If you changed more, please make a change. Thanks for your attention.
Very easy great staff will use again! AWESOME job! Never got to see them when i was younger and not missing this opportunity! So looking forward to the show even though I'm going alone i don't care it's Lynyrd Skynyrd!
I agree with Scott S. I had looked for my Phantom tickets a week earlier and had a general price. When I went back to buy, I didn't notice it was a resale. My seats are not as good, and I paid about $200 more than direct from the Keller Auditorium, I WILL TELL EVERYONE! This was a rip off! The only upside is that I actually have the tickets. For a while I thought it was a fraud case.
Answer: In my case, they sent e-mail that the tickets would be forthcoming. When I failed to receive them the week before the concert, per e-mail download as promised, I called their #, the person on the other end told me that it was will-call at the box-office with the copy of the e-mail I needed to bring. The box office told me that as a 2nd line seller, they did not keep them there. When I called to ask why they did this to me and demanded re-imbursal, they sent the tickets per e-mail download THE DAY AFTER THE CONCERT. They tried to cover their tracks with the credit card company, the problem for them was that the time stamp of their sending the tickets reflected the day after the concert. So essentially, they are not even competent as rip-off artists.
Answer: So sorry to hear you have been conned by this outfit. Apparently sometimes they DO send valid tickets, so I hope you are one of the lucky ones. I suggest you tell your credit card company (by phone and IN WRITING) that you are disputing this charge. Also tell everyone you know to avoid this rip-off company. I know this doesnt help you now, but in the future buy tickets only from Ticketmaster (I've never had a problem with them). Good luck.
Answer: I couldn't even open the download so I called the number and all I got was an answering system to send email and I did but no reply from them so the next day a call about 50 times until I got someone. After getting transferred to 3 different people and waiting about an hour for the supervisor the guy told me no refunds are allowed but money is 100% guarantee if it doesn't work at the time of the event. So I'm praying to God they are good the event isn't until the end of November
Answer: They are scoundrels. I know where their office is and went by there recently. I am laying out a plan.
Answer: If you have already purchased your tickets from this outfit, good luck. They sent me tickets for a concert in Tennessee and I asked for and live in Florida. They said it was MY mistake and that I asked for TN. They supposedly tried to resell the tickets and couldn't so I was out $300.00 for two tickets. They have something like 130 complaints and are a scam outfit. Next time order elsewhere and good luck with these tickets.
Answer: I just cancelled my order because they never sent the tickets. At least you got yours so maybe they will be okay. I would call the arena where the event will be and ask them how many issues they have had with this company. I emailed five times and they always sent an automated response back. Then, when I was in a meeting at work they finally called and the number just read, "33333" when they called me. No return phone number... very strange. They left a message to call them so I did immediately after my meeting (15 minutes)... the automated system was up and did not allow me to speak with a person. Thus far, I have never spoken to a real person when I call their number. I disputed the purchase, got my money back and bought tickets for much less at StubHub. I was surprised because my last tickets at Stubhub were kind of expensive... but these tickets (McCartney) were not too crazy expensive. Anyway, best of luck, and I would make a back up plan.
Answer: You will get your tickets, but they will likely have someone else's name printed on them. Worst of all, they will most likely not be honored at the gate/box office. My advice is to get a refund NOW and buy tickets from a reputable outlet like Ticketmaster. City Online are thieves and scammers. See my review about James Taylor concert in Norfolk, Virginia.
Answer: Contact the venue, give them all the details on the tickets received and verify if U will be able to legitimately use the tickets, considering the issues with this company that are so overwhelming. My experience reviewing all the people who describe their issues with them is that even if the tickets are usable, the overpayment is so excessive that it would have been better dealing with the regular ticket outlet for the venue.
Answer: Yes Ann, you will get your tickets. You just over paid by a HUGE amount... but other then that, the company is legit. They are just robbers the way they do it... thats all. Have a good time and yes, at least now you learned a lesson (like all of us on this site);-)
