Stay away from them

If you don't mind getting your tickets an hour before your show and go to a place to print them this is the place to go and its not 100 percent guarantee cant even rate them they are horrible

I ordered tickets. Paid waaay to much. But interesting they came in the mail from ticketmaster directly. Are they owned by ticketmaster and used as a way for artists/ticketmaster to get more money?

I purchased tickets not realizing how over priced the tickets were. Immediately following the purchase I contacted them to get a refund as I noticed how many hidden fees were within my large purchase. They refused to give us a refund as they "don't have the ability to do this". Said we could resale the tickets. However, we won't receive the tickets until a few days before the event. We will never purchase tickets from this company again. The way they treat their "customers" is absolutely ridiculous and immoral. I have never had to leave a bad review for any company or place of business. However, OnlineCityTickets way of doing business is the worst!

Convenient and fast

I wish there was an option for military veterans to purchase their tickets. Some form of ID can be sent in verifying the veterans identity such as a military issued ID or a veterans affairs ID card. Something at least

Easy, but expensive

Navigating the site and seeing what was available in each section was a snap, but the face value of the tickets was twice as much as TicketMaster: $264 for 8 tickets compared to $128. After fees, the totals were $351 compared to $201, in favor of TicketMaster. Unfortunately, all sales are final, so I'm stuck.
