I had a great deal of trouble navigating through the site, but eventually, I have learned my way around. Because of the number of members that OBC has, I understand they have to be stringent on the performance of their Book Reviewers. I have made a few errors, and they have kept me in spite of this. I like getting paid for reviewing a book. It's motivating! They have everything available to the Reviewer interested in joining. I would recommend it if you're into reading.
If I could leave negative stars I would. I will be brief. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! They will do everything in their power not to pay you. If you fix your review they will find another excuse not to pay you. And customer service is horrible, when you find them. If you can read the authors' mind about what they consider profanity and sexual content, you might have a chance. I was promised $50 for buying a book, reading the book, and writing a review. I upheld my end of the deal, they did not. In my book ( pun intended), that makes them a liar and a cheat! Liars and cheaters don't prosper. They have the audacity to tell reviewers to contact them before writing a bad review. Why? For them to yank your chain, make matters worse, and STILL not pay you? Play with toys, not me!
I submitted a review to Amazon and was confused as to why I couldn't find the review link. I reached out and was informed that it takes Amazon some time to print the review with the link. Sarah responded almost immediately. It was excellent customer service.
It has been a while since I read a good book. I finally selected a book from Onlinebookclub.org and was very pleased. They have great selections with affordable and flexible medium options. I'm looking for my next read right now!
Be it my fault or theirs, there was at one point a glitch in the system. When I drew this to their attention it was resolved almost instantaneously. Dead impressed. These guys are scrupulously on the case, and clearly know what they're doing.

Online Book Club is the most thorough and detail-oriented book review site I have used. You really have to have a lot of confidence in your work to ask their reviewers to grade your novel. They do not hold back punches. Online Book Club ensures the reviewer has read your entire book, not just skimmed through it. If you get a good review from this site, it's legit. I like the reviewer's style and his professionalism. If he/she would not have taken into account the concept of "political correctness" to judge a novel (fiction, for God's sake) and would have stuck to judging an author, or his/her novel, by points on craftmanship, talent, and professionalism the reviewer could have achieved a higher score in this review.
Although I'm generally pleased with the review, the fact that this reviewer took into consideration the book was not "politically correct" to grade a novel 4 out of 5 stars disturbed me. That is why I'm taking off one star and rate it 4 out 5. I think Fiction books should not be rated by "political correctness" standards, only by the talent and skill shown by the author within the parameters of any given genre.
OnlineBookClub.org gave a wonderful review of my book within the timeframe that they advertised that it would be done. I'm very pleased with my experience in using them!

My book was BOTD (Book of the Day) February 19,2025. They guided me with tasks and live support during the few days of preparation, stayed with me on the day of the promotion, and forwarded the early results over the following two days. The exposure was done with sophisticated, informational eye-catching ads that reached thousands, perhaps millions of bookies. I received over 200 positive responses from reviewers on the first day. There was considerable work I was instructed to do in preparation, all of which made sense and enabled the Online Book Club to format an effective promotion. Thank you, OBC.
