OneTravel easily had the lowest cost for my trip! Instead of having to search multiple sites to compare, they brought up the most affordable option very quickly. If you find a flight even cheaper on other sites, they will match the price. They even called me afterwards, with a very short phone call asking if everything went fine. It was over in about two minutes and I had a discount coupon emailed to me! I was very pleased with my experience and look forward to booking again. (No, they didn't pay me to say any of this!)

Untrustworthy

It's unfair how your customers spend money on a ticket but when they want to cancel it in order to book another trip in whatever case their is, it's impossible to do so (I was in that situation today). I find it wrong they some way stealing money today I lost money and time which I can't get back and you guys just took it with no worries and that's messed up also the agent I spoke to was disrespectful and unclear with his directions. After today I don't find one travel trustworthy at all.

Stay away from this website! I booked an expensive, last-minute flight from Europe to Chile which cost around $2400. After booking it on onetravel.com, I received an email from the airline telling me that the booking could not be confirmed, even though OneTravel claimed otherwise. Now OneTravel is still charging me the money for this ticket that never existed! Their customer service is very poor -- I had to wait on the phone forever until I could talk to one of their representatives, who refused to acknowledge that there had been a problem with my booking. I finally was able to talk to his supervisor who said he would investigate into this, but it's been two weeks and he still hasn't been able to solve the problem. I'm starting to wonder if I'll ever get my money back...

Great Experience

Good friends or ours recently moved to Denver. My daughter is anxious to see them on a regular basis. I am thrilled that OneTravel has been so easy to work with to help us find the best prices and flights directly to Denver.

I bought 2 tickets from them for Norwegian Airlines. Found them cheaper on the airline's own website. I called them to cancel and was told by the agent that there was a $75 cancellation fee per ticket. Mind you, the tickets were only $68 each. I thought airlines allowed free cancellations within 24 hours, but not through One Travel. I will be avoiding them like the plague and Cheapoair too (same company)

Gwen, our apologies for the inconvenience,. Airlines are the only ones that must follow the faa policy of allowing "free cancellations" within 24 hours. 3rd party booking sites are exempt from that, but most do allow cancellations within 24 hours for a full refund.

I had a horrible experience with this company, which is also known as Cheapoair.com. I highly recommend that you check reviews of these companies, and be prepared to go through disputing charges with them, and then with your credit card company. I have never seen such poor customer service, long hold times, and lack of standing behind their cancellation policies. The customer service staff seems to try to mislead you to keep the booking, and charge you additional fees.

Worst worst worst ever experience of my life. Very cheap company with no customer service. I booked a flight with them and they didn't issue the ticket, I waited, called company million times, transfered from one place to another and after multiple day and multiple hours on phone, ticket is still not issued and credit card is charged. Onetravel is some extreme level low life company. If you want peace of mind and don't want to waste your money then stay away from this company.

Really bad service
April 11, 2020

I have been trying to call for two weeks to change or cancel my flight and all the time I have been put on hold for hour after hours and keep calling and calling and for two weeks and Still on hold due to high volume of call a head me and I even use their chat with travel expert messaging and it say The Whole time (please wait for an agent. There are currently 114 visitor waiting to be served.) and always not available this two weeks I'm been trying and trying to get in touch with them and still nothing from them.

ONETRAVEL.COM I checked for flight ticket prices to India. They show one of the lowest prices online, but they are crooked. I attempted more than five times to type in all my information and credit card information, only to return sold out. How can tickets from different routes be sold out instantly in a matter of 2 minutes? Their online prices are a scam. I wasted a lot of time trying to book online. When I call their toll free number the prices are always $300-400 higher than the prices they have online. Most agents sound Indian. The company is a desi crooks company, dont waste your time with them.

I do online booking for all of my travels. One Travel has the most expansive choice of flights that you could find anywhere and their rates are competitive, if not the best. Their site is also very user friendly so you are not confused by unnecessary ads or information. It is most straightforward.

Booked me a flight to overseas with Qatar Airlines. They did not mention anywhere that im allowed one luggage only until I ended up paying $200 out of my pocket. This matter did not resolved with the airline since they blame everything on the travel agent. Seems like the buy the flight cheap but extra expenses are passing out to the traveler.

Scammers

Please people do not buy any tickets off this site!
They are thieves, they'll charge you one price and take more than what is quoted from your bank account. They took an additional $64 from what they should've from me!
And when you try to sort it out, they give you the runaround. They are a bunch of Indian Scammers.! One travel you suck. Wish I could give 0 stars!

Over the years, I have used OneTravel several times, to book both domestic and international flights. They have a good flight selection, but as every travel site, not all possible airlines are represented, so it pays to look at other providers. However, most of the time, OneTravel provided the best flights at the best prices. All the bookings were as described, an never was there a problem.

Very bad

Scam you on insurance my friend had a death in the family and they told me I have to submit a death certificate to get the money back. Its ridiculous.
Customer care person name was Louis. I hung up saying bye and he keeps calling me like three times

Customer purchased travel insurance to cover any medical emergencies related to her person. Customer's friends father passed away and she was not entitled to a refund, due to it was not an immediate family member of hers. She was only advised to file her claim with the insurance company, and that they may require a death certificate which is common for providing proof of legitimate reason. Our apologies for Safia's loss, and the inconvenience.

I booked last minute a week before the dates I wanted to fly out of Vegas to San Francisco and loved the price I got it for! 138 round trip an decent hours it was wonderful and I was very pleased! I actually have already recommended your site to many of my friends cause they were so curious how I got such a great deal for such a last minute flight. Defiantly using this website a lot more I'm the future! I hope I win! It would help me fly more and use your site!

First they left me on hold for 30 minutes then they said "we don't do pet bookings" but in their recording they claim to be "A Full Service Travel Agent." Don't believe it. I can't get through to the airline as they keep disconnecting me, and as another office told me I needed to use "my travel agent" to book it, I called these guys. They are an online ticket sales yes. A travel agent? Hardly.

I purchased the ticket online and accidentally misspelling incorrect 1 letter on the last name! It has been more than 3 weeks with a daily phone call, and still nothing gets taking care of! I called the Korean airline and they said their approval to re issue the ticket with no fee have been approved and sent back to OneTrave on the endorsement box with reservation no#******* more than a week ago! I faxed! I called daily and Still nothing get done and My niece is traveling with in a few days! They are the worst nightmare travel agency I never experienced! I never understand why can their just taking care of things as it is important and necessary to get done in the manner of times! Fixed it if you're responsibilities company!

Poor Service

I was happy to hear that they were potentially giving me a credit for my flight, supposedly they did, but then out of the blue, I get a USD$35 charge, literally out of nowhere and no reason. I try calling and nothing, the call gets cut off and I write to their customer service, and still no response. This is terrible, I never agreed to an additional charge almost 4 months after I bought the ticket, why would you charge me? WHY?!? It was extremely upsetting.

They don't provide you any credits for non-refundable cancelled tickets. I wanted to speak to the supervisor but they put me on hold for 45 mins instead. RUDE!
I wish KARMA gets this company and their employees for defrauding people's money
