You lie and steal, why can I not make any changes or cancellations? Your bot system goes on an endless loop to avoid addressing the issue and your "travel experts" can't even manage to do even one thing aside delay further. This whole experience has left me feeling like this company is a total scam. I'm having my bank cancel your charge and issue a fraud claim.

CUZ I LIKE HOW USER FRIENDLY IT IS
Was impressed by engaging customer helper/agent while trying to make my booking in a poor network area! My itinerary was adjusted to my liking, with shorter layovers and the flight cost was affordable to an economy traveller like me! My card payment was declined for security purposes but once I had sorted it out with my institution, the same ticket awaited me within the 24 hour limit since reservation! Thank you!

I used other site like Priceline, Hotwire, cheap flight, Hotel.com, you name it, and Ive used it. But I was surprise to find that OneTravel was as easy as or better than all these guys. I got a great price on a trip and did not need to pay right away. Plus they provide me with additional information and discount to make my trip that much easier (did not need to shop around).
Quick and easy to book a flight. The price didn't change after you put in all your credit card info like most sites do. Price stayed tge same. Very please with this app so far. Will use it in the future.

I have been using OneTravel for many years, Great Service. Recommend Highly for all those looking for cheap good flights.
One pointer I have is to make sure to keep points saved up from previous flights, it helps gives you a better price for later on.

Why can't I select a seat that doesn't cost me another $75 on top of the expensive tickets I just purchased?!
I liked the price, but then once we booked the tickets, little things like booking your seats together with your companion cost $12 dollars per seat, per flight, per person! So for one person one way, that's an extra $36! Then they wanted that on the way back as well! Such a rip off! That would be a standard included perk on probably any other site, definitely if you book with the airline.

Just can't fathom paying for seat, except this is a grievance travel where passengers have no other choice. Seat price.should be included in fare price and passenger would care less.
