Peeling clothing

I purchased the ‘Berlin' jeans from this brand and the jeans and corset arrived with severe peeling. When I contacted the customer care team the told me it was due to ‘washing during the manufacturing process' and, it was makes them ‘unique'. Extremely disappointed considering these items cost me $170 plus shipping.
