Crocs

My son ordered a pair of Lighting McQueen crocs - received a totally unrelated pair - When I contacted about a return they offered a 10% refund. Basically this allows them to ship any crocs they want for 90% purchase price even if it isn't what you want to buy. Who would walk into a shoe shore having a 10% off sale and say I want to buy a pair of shoes - just sell me any pair? I declined the 10%, they offered 20%, I declined thne they offered 30% and I accepted, thinking it was better to get something instead of having to eat the entire purchase. I'm pretty sure the entire "mistake" was planned

I fell for this scam because I was so excited about the lightning mcqueen crocs that i saw an ad on instagram and bought them… Realized it was a scam an hour later and emailed over and over to try to cancel it and they emailed back 3 weeks later saying they couldn't. 7 weeks after the purchase they sent me a pair of yellow size 12 crocs with random jibbitz… I emailed them for a refund and return and they said no because it was overseas. Great.
