Worest inssurance company i seen ever so far, complete fake fraud company all side, no body can trust on them, i would like give them - 5 star if that option is der then, instead of repairing my phone they rejected my claims request after 15 days of process! Meanwhile they took 10% prosseing fee which was 1000, this also not returned by them, total fake company, please dont buy inssurance from this company!

Never recommended to take one assist insurance to anyone. It's my second experience with one assist insurance that the claims are directly rejected.Just go for other companies plans other than one assist for hassle free claims and support. App doesn't created to support the customers,For name sake application developed.After login it automatically logout and the options provided to is not upto the mark

I bought a MacBook Air in October 2020 along with the one assist insurance for laptop damage (which includes screen damage)
The screen cracked by accident and a small part of the display was gone only 6 months after so I claimed for their insurance.
After numerous phone calls from different executives every day asking the same questions again and again, they rejected the claim stating it falls within the clause of "mysterious circumstances"

Basically, irrespective of how genuine the cause might be, they will reject the claims. Don't make a mistake of buying their insurance.

My experience with this company has been extremely negative. I purchased their 2-year Total Protection plan for Accidental & Liquid damage. On February 15th, my MacBook accidentally fell while I was working, resulting in scratches when I opened the lid. I reached out to them to file a claim as the damage was covered under their accidental protection. However, upon filling out their claim form, I began receiving multiple calls from them stating various reasons why my claim was being rejected, including the claim that the accident wasn't caused by an external force. Despite their attempts to deny my claim, I fail to understand how an external force would be involved in such an accident. I have decided not to purchase insurance from them for any of my devices in the future, and I strongly advise others to do the same. Furthermore, I intend to take legal action against their fraudulent practices by filing a case in the consumer court.

I succumb to the promise of providing spare parts in market rate with 15% discount. Which prompted me to go for service and i paid membership fees. The technician didnt arrive first at alll. No support system good to know about status. Then somehow after so many follow ups another technician came and quoted amount which was not at all competative or with discount. So i didnt proceed further and asked for refund. They said because u booked call for service now u r not entitled for refund. How one know about quality of work without calling technician?
So i found this company untrustworthy and fake...

If I had an option I would have given minus rating the worst experience the worst company customer care executive don't know how to talk, they rejected my claim for no reason, when I asked him the reason he give me silly reason, that your claim is rejected because you have not provided the paper first time, i told him that it happened because of you guys only, bec you whr not asking for the correct paper. They way in which he was talking was rude like you are talking with roadside criminal person even told me to get my product repaired on my own cost. So gai please be aware of this company, They just looting us in broad daylight

I took this service in 2015 just for an year. They just send an email which can be easily missed for
The renewal and without seeking any approval they renew the policy amd debit the money. Since I moved to a new city and bank, I didnt check my
ICICI transactions regularly. After 2 years I saw their email and I called the customer care to cancel my membership. The
Representative confirmed that my policy is no longer active. Even after that, my money got deducted every year.
I always get an issue reaching their number as I have now moved to a different country.
I personally feel decieved. I feel that they should ask for approval through a call before debitting the money, instead of sending
An auto generated mail which can be easily missed and mostly ends in spam. I personally cant comment on the service as I have never used
It, but I feel like they are stealing hard earned money from the people.

They would keep asking for more and more documents, and i know it sounds funny but i myself uploaded 13 documents and after 3 months they rejected my claim saying we don't cover claim caused due to your own negligence.
I purchased galaxy s10 and paid 6500 for its insurance.

DONT BUY ONE ASSIST INSURANCE.

It's a fraud company don't come in their talks as they tend to speak big words and show you the brighter pictures but when it comes to service commitments not only they are zero and fraud but change their terms. I happen to took a iPhone 8months back from Apple store and was told to buy the Mob insurance of OneAssist which will cover all the damages for 1 year n will be replaced free of cost thou. Now utmost shock was whn my ph fell down from the bed and I informed them the same then they say this is a mysterious activity and not accidental. Being in vain I'll express this to all people seeing this review to not get lured with their sweet talks and not waist money buying from them and save your valuable time and then energy.

I got my Google pixel 7 pro from Flipkart on 15th October along with a free screen protection insurance from Oneassist and the phone had an unfortunate fall because of its slippery design and the back glass shattered in 2 days. I got in touch with Oneassist on 17th October and did all the documents verification after which my phone was picked up by 20th October. They did all the approvals and everything and only then picked up mug phone but then started the delays and unprofessional handling. Everyday I got a call that they have no idea about my device because they have sent it to Google service team but there is no response from their end and that's it's under observation and I was asked to wait for 24-48 hours every single day. When I escalated the issue more and more, I finally got an estimation on 4th November and I was shocked to know that there was a battery damage as well and I had to pay ₹14,200 more because that was not in their policy! I hardly used the phone for 24 hours, then how is a battery replacement necessary? Once I called them to ask more details, nobody was willing to talk about the issue. I asked them for a detailed estimation and they failed to provide. Once I escalated it more, they told me that there might be a mistake from Google service team in providing the estimation and it must have been a fault from their end. I still listened to then and waited patiently. On 6th November I got a call from their team that they do not cover Back glass damages under the insurance and they will send my device back. I was shocked to hear this from them. I didn't argue with anyone of them and I told them to give my phone back. They are so unprofessional and none of them can get any issue resolved.
Now I'm waiting for my phone and if there is an actual battery damage, I'm going to file a case against the company for mishandling my brand new phone and sharing false information and once they did not have any option, they just sent my device back saying it doesn't cover under their policy.

It's a worst company! Never make plans with this company! I've had no idea that the plan is renewed. I got to know that the plan is renewed only after the amount is debited. I've called the customer care regarding the issue and they said as the plan is already renewed the whole amount can not be refunded only 40% amount will be refunded. What in the hell is this policy! When questioned regarding this, they said " We've sent you the mail and it is your fault you haven't checked the mail". You can not expect everyone to check their mail frequently. A call explain the renewal would be an excellent work. This proves how they want to keep their customer in the dark. Even I asked regarding the call and the associate said " We just started working from home you can not expect us to make a call regarding the renewal". Amount was debited on 13th July from my account. They could've called just a day prior, that would be enough! They are fraud with fraud plans!

On October 14,2022, I purchased the BoAt Rockerz 255 Pro+ Bluetooth Headset from Flipkart. BoAt Rockerz 255 Pro+ Bluetooth Headset began overheating on October 14,2023, so I went to Boat Service Center Lucknow on October 16,2023, and the technician said it was an overheating issue and your headset was out of warranty; if you have an extended warranty, please contact the extended warranty provider.

So I called One Assist via Flipkart Customer Service, and she instructed me on how to file a complaint on the One Assist Application. At one point, she said, "Please mention "damage" when filing a complaint on the One Assist app."

The next day, an assist executive contacted me and told me that they would not provide any support for this because you stated damage in your complaint. Then I told her about the process and the reaction of the expert from Boat Service Center Lucknow, who said the product had an overheating problem. However, she stated that we are unable to assist you.

I returned to the Boat Service Center in Lucknow and stated my concerns. Again, the technician stated that it is a manufacturing issue that will be covered by One Assist.

Contacted Flipkart again, and the executive recommended to submit your concern with One assist, mentioning what the technician at the Boat Service Center informed you. Again, I filed a complaint with One Assist, but they rejected it and said they couldn't help you.

They dismissed my complaint without verifying the problem.

From the 16th of October 2023 until the 1st of December 2023, I followed up with Flipkart on this, but they did not provide a remedy.

Please do not acquire a policy from One Assist insurance company since they will offer you ridiculous explanations without confirming the product. Total waste of money and the worst claim service.

Flipkart and One Assist insurance both defraud customers by marketing extended warranties.

1. THEIR SUPPORT IS PATHETIC
2. NO ESCALATION PATH.
3. EVERYTIME YOU CALL FOR SUPPORT go through the same story with every agent and they will promise a call back.
4. If you want to buy a plan and enter your phone number on their site, you get a call with in 30-45 seconds. When its time for a claim, there is no action for weeks and YOU have to call them everyday to no end.

One of the most irresponsible, morally bankrupt and ethically backward firms ever.
I bought an insurance when I bought my FIRETV STICK and registered the device on the day I received it.
The next day I got a call to ask me if I have registered the device and I said yes I have.
After 6 months or so there was a problem and apparently I have registered a completely different serial number to what I have. It is not like I might have entered a few alpha-numeric thing as a typo. It is completely different from what I have and they cannot do anything about. How could any one enter a SL# of a device that has not even the slightest resemblance to what I actually have. Now they claim that its my fault and they will only support the device that is registered. So all in all their system error costed me 800 bucks. Frauds and Cons who are running a very elaborate scam.

I had purchased insurance for iphone xsmax Dec 2018(costs 1, 25, 000) and getting it insured for ******* from oneassist. Accidentally my phone got damaged while travelling as a pillion rider. Due to unavoidable circumstances bike got skid and phone fell into pot hole.

Fraud people refused to give insurance cover telling "negligence in handling the phone". Is keeping the phone in hand sitting as pillion is negligence for accidental damage?

One person from OneAssist called from an unauthorized number talking in Hindi, inspite of telling him to speak English (I dint understand his language :(( ). He started asking questions in Hindi and finally he has reported negligence damage.

OneAssist politely ask for customers money while buying insurance talking politely but, not approving during claim executives being arrogant. I am very depressed with the incident happened with OneAssist.

Even-though i have insurance, senior person from one assist calls and advises to get it repaired outside and send a mail stating "claim is closed". When asked for office address for contacting directly, he tells it to be confidential and cuts the phone call. People are hiding from public and cheating customers.

Will be filing case for injustice caused. And even i have all the recording for which i have spoken to OneAssist persons, screenshots of claim as well. I have found people facing similar issue from the comments below, please contact me!

Don't buy any OneAssist liquid damage plan - let it be oflline, MI app or any online shopping website. Their plans are money hogging tricks, they will zap you time and energy. The endless follow-ups and disappointments will make you feel beggar and worthless! Its better to take a loan from someone and fix the problem, at least you will feel proud for yourself.
Please DON'T BUY!

They took around one and half month to get repaired my mobile. They will always tell you this process took about 7 to 10 working days. And there are 5-6 processes through they claim mobile insurance. So overall it takes near about 40 working days which is near about 55 days which is not acceptable. They at least doesn't update delayed status also. I might have given zero star rating if possible but it's not possible. This is the worst service in life time.

This is Totally a Fraud Company. I don't know how it is connected with Amazon and other big Companies. They are making fool of Everyone and Earning Million of Hard Earned Money of Customers. They Issue Insurance through National Insurance Company and at Time of Claim they Literally make Fool. This Company is not having any Office also. My Son Brand New Oppo Real me 1 Purchased in 2018 got Stolen, We provided each and Every Documents as Demanded by these Cheaters. After Wasting 10 Days they only say that this is a Mysterious Case that's why the Insurance company have rejected the Claim.

Dear Customers, please don't take the One Assist service. They are useless. They are fake! I purchased One Assist service with MI Redmi Note 3. My phone recently broke after it fell. When I called them, I was told the delivery people will come and collect my handset, but unfortunately I was not available at my place that time. After 2 days One Assist Agent called me and told they will be temporarily closing my claim and I can reopen immediately after I call them. But when I called them back for reopening, they said the claim will be opened in 24-48 hours. Like this, they told me for 1 month! I was helpless. When I told them to transfer the call to their superior they would either say the supervisors are currently not available, they are in meeting or they are busy. Many times I was told callback would be arranged, but not even once I got a call.
I would call the One Assist agent everyday, for nearly 20 days and each day their reply would be same "Wait for another 24-48 HOURS". Each call requires at least 1 hour because the agent would put the call on hold for so long. Finally, after a month, they confirmed that my claim cannot be reopened! They took 1 month of my precious time just to give me this reply! Had i known before I would have serviced my phone in private stores. After all reopening a claim requires just 1/2 an hour maximum and purposely they delayed for 1 month so that I would give up and repair my handset on my own. Excellent tactic you guys! Is this how you treat your customers? How can you be so irresponsible?

PLEASE DONT PURCHASE ONE ASSIST INSURANCE. WORST EVER!

Hi, it's been more than 13 days u guys collected my phone for repair, saying that within 15 days u all get ur phone back, today when I called customer care I get to know that u people are still waiting for the approval from insurance company. Wow! Now I feel I have to wait for another 20 days for my phone! Trusting u people I did this insurance, it's a waste. I wll make sure I won't repeat this mistake again! Before insurance I keep getting calls from One Asit and now rarely anyone answer my calls! Good! Keep it up! And thanks a lot for the awesome service..
