It's a worst company! Never make plans with this company! I've had no idea that the plan is renewed. I got to know that the plan is renewed only after the amount is debited. I've called the customer care regarding the issue and they said as the plan is already renewed the whole amount can not be refunded only 40% amount will be refunded. What in the hell is this policy! When questioned regarding this, they said " We've sent you the mail and it is your fault you haven't checked the mail". You can not expect everyone to check their mail frequently. A call explain the renewal would be an excellent work. This proves how they want to keep their customer in the dark. Even I asked regarding the call and the associate said " We just started working from home you can not expect us to make a call regarding the renewal". Amount was debited on 13th July from my account. They could've called just a day prior, that would be enough! They are fraud with fraud plans!
