The employees of olx Uzbekistan work very poorly. My ad for sale has been in the waiting mode for more than 25 hours! My request to technical support remained unanswered. OLX is the fraud company and take money for the ads and suspend the accounts. Olx should vacate from India. Google should stop keeping olx apps in playstore. Google is helping Olx to do fraud business to cheat the olx users who use paid ads.

OLX is a worst app in india. Olx management is very rude and harmful to their users. Perfectly cheating everyone without any mercy. Don't buy any ads to post your ads. After taking money the olx account will be suspended. No more recovery. How many times you give request over calls or emails. They never help you. You loose the money. Loose the olx account everything is loss. So stop using OLX app and shutdown the olx app. Remove from Google Play Store

Olx requires ad packages but often rejects ads with incorrect descriptions. Emailing support results in bounced messages due to spam filters. The last option was to call their special number, which I tried. However, it is a paid call, and it takes at least 3 minutes to connect to an executive. After listening to their lengthy IVR lecture, the executive asks permission to put the call on hold to consult with their superior. They then come back at the 10th minute. Until then, you have to listen to all their ads for your own money. It is simple exploitation of the caller's time and money. I think we can not do anything about such exploitation in India. The irony is that the executive says he can not help in resolving the issue as we post under the wrong category. When I asked him to justify his statement taking the example of one of the rejected ads posted by me, he has very diplomatic justifications. I could tell that he didn't understand the item I was trying to post. He said he would arrange a call back with seniors and left us. The executives talked slowly, wasting time and causing frustration due to high call charges, before dropping the calls.
In my opinion, this platform is a scam that takes money from sellers for ad packages but only runs a limited number of ads due to hosting limitations. I recommend avoiding their ad packs and posting for free instead. I personally wasted INR 4000 on them.

Olx is very good platform to second hunt things.I took it a second hand water fountain which is very good thats why I am given 5 star rating.

Olx is full of brokers, very few posts from owners.

Olx autos they need good management if they want to survive in this competition No commitments I transfered money to their account after finalising the deal now they are not giving the car using my hard earned money from last one week some staff members are very shrud they even not pick the calls

Fraud OLX Don't buy packages then your will feel. This is auto selling website there is no proper support team. This is one time setup website pllease don't purchase any paid ad. It is totally cheating website.

Inspection not done nor any one called. After the time slot when I called they kept my phone on hold and said engineer met with an accident. Customer care staffs are very incomponent to make me convinced. Very poor & bad experience.

They require meto verify your phone number for each item that i want to sell and not only that, the website tells you me that the phone number is already in use when I put in the same phone number that I used to sell other items using the same account. They apparently require a new phone number for every item?!

OLX allows anyone to become a seller or buyer and most people who will contact you are frauds and trying to fool you into parting with your money. DO NOT TRUST ANYONE ON THIS SITE - IT IS FULL OF FRAUDSTERS!

Terrible customer service and send emails with discount but ten are not applied.

In the end they charge the whole price without discount. Simply disgusting

Olx is a Joke I posted two adds for Jobs to hire people. After I posted the add I received a call from the OLX customer service. They advised me to get a paid add. I gave them my address to come get the funds. I paid them and they lock my IP address out. Now I can't get my add as well. It's Fraud site the owners are fraud and the website is a Joke. Government should take this site down. I will send a complaint to the PM portal so they should stop the fraud app and arrest the owners. Three words come in my mind Scum Fraud and worthless. No one should ever work with them.
