It is hardly a secret that I abhor most corporations and chains of any kind. But twice in recent months I have frequented Olive Garden... and was pleasantly surprised. Now "some people" say that their dishes are all frozen. But I do not give a tinker's damn; their mushroom pasta was wonderful. It could be that that particular locale is just especially stellar. I'll have to try another site while on the road. But for now -- four estrellas. ETA: the temperature was rather chilly -- and some other guests were a tad bit unsightly, but I can overlook both.
Worst experience ever with a manager at this store named Lawrence! I can not believe the way in which he spoke to us - so incredibly unprofessional that we had to demand another manager named Sunshine - Harold our server was great but it took us 3 hours to have a meal with 2 people. Unfortunately, it was just a horrible experience. Overall, Lawrence ruined the entire meal.

Yesterday in Olive Garden Pensacola in front of Cordova mall server was carrying 2 food trays and drooped them behind me messing up my clothes, totally spoiled our evening and plans after dinner. Sad part was no one from management came to help him or asked us if we were OK.
Never going back.
Thank you

Salad was OK but soup was watered down so much it was difficult to tell what the cheff was trying to make.
Wife's soup of the same name was different but not great. Wife's spagettie was oily, greassy AND TERRIBLE.
The meat balls were OK. And the bread was ok. Didn't offer oil and spices so asked for butter. We took a booth in the bar area rather than wait 30 minutes and that was a mistake. Not going back for a LONG time.

Olive Garden in Framingham Ma has been the worst service ever.
Greeters unprofessional and inappropriate behaviors.
Socially discriminated against, lacking in social skills as a server to a customer. No empathy towards the disabled person.
Went with a party of 10 to Thousand Oaks venue, CA. Server very slow and only had 1 cold soup in first hour. Plus server had a false nail pop onto table by food - yuk. Previously always great service but may give Olive Garden a miss from now on.

Had dinner here with 4 friends this week. Fantastic food and great server. The last meal I had at this restaurant was equally impressive. By todays standards, the meal was reasonably priced, with so much chicken and shrimp. I had enough to take home for another dinner next day. The Olive Garden seems to have the best servers. They are helpful, friendly and maintain a good sense of humor. They seem to genuinely want their customers to have a great experience. Great stuff guys! We appreciate you.
My opinion, the shrimp scampi tasted bad, old, tasteless, mushy, and I believe were old leftovers. The noodles are normally long; these noodles were cut up extremely small and the asparagus looked dull and an odd green. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to an animal, let alone a human. I did not enjoy my meal. Learn how to cook. Shameful!
I went to Olive Garden to celebrate my birthday a few days ago. The wait time wasn't long, my server was very attentive and polite, it didn't take long for my food to arrive and my appetizer and entree was delicious. The restaurant was clean, the seating was perfect and the atmosphere was great. I would definitely eat another meal here in the future.
Tip for consumers:
Try the spinach artichoke dip...
Deeeelicious!

I ordered the spinach artichoke dip appetizer and the shrimp alfredo entree.
I went to the Olive garden by myself and waited almost an hour and 30 minutes. The line was not that long. This is not the first time I have walked out of Olive garden. I used to love eating at Olive garden but not the wait staff doesn't want to give you your salad they're rude to you and then they think that you owe them a big tip. They need to go back to the old ways where the customer was right not the wait staff
Why can't I cancel my order online? Very inconvenient, especially since I ordered food online for Thanksgiving, only for it to jump to the day after Thanksgiving because the restaurant is conveniently closed the day we need the food. I paid to feed an army, so what's the point of getting the food on the day we won't need it? Who's going to eat the food? If I can rate Olive Garden zero stars, I WOULD!
I love the Olive Garden website! It is so easy to order whether for to go, pick up, delivery or catering. I really enjoy the snip its of the menu displaying the yummy foods! Makes you so hungry :). I also love the fact that you can easily see when ordering the price, the image of the food/beverage, and even the nutritional information/calories. So easy to browse and order in.
Tip for consumers:
Do not come hungry :) all you will order the whole menu!
Four of us went to Olive garden west in Wichita ks. They seated us and we never seen a waiter. Went up to the hostess station and told them we hadn't been waited on, she said she would get someone on it. We waited another 15 minutes and got up to leave. There were 5 people standing at the hostess station. I told them we were going elsewhere since nobody would wait on us.
My experience with Olive Garden has most often been positive and rewarding. I enjoy the atmosphere and variety of dishes available on the menu. It's a treat that I look forward to.
So my family and I went here a few weeks ago. Everything was going great the food was fine and the service was too. Then we get home and then things take a turn for the worse. My wife was projectile vomiting for most of the night and continued to be sick for several days. It actually took her a week before she was able to keep anything down. It gets better in my party of 8 people 3 of us got this sick where work was missed and money was lost. I contacted the olive garden and was very polite and reasonable. It has been three weeks now and no one has called us back. Save yourself the time. Or don't and tell me how food poisoning feels later.
Tip for consumers:
Never going here again. They couldn't pay me to eat there.
I am almost 11years old, but even I can see that this was nasty. Dust bunnies everywhere, stunk like puke, waiters were just standing around, and there was mold on the vents over our table.
I love all the food. The salad, soup, the bread. I think prices are good and they offer good quality.
Yesterday i went to olive garden with my family and friend, The food is very good but the white sauce makes you wanna vomit and my child threw up 4 times! If you wanna go just make sure you dont get pasta, never going again.
Last month (order for pick up)I made an order they missing the soup.
I made three orders this time they gave me soup but I was missing one of my entrees (chicken tortellini Alfredo) I am very disappointed
The best part were their servers. I had eggplant parmigiana, salad with terrible dressing, iced coffee which was supposed to be plain but wasn't. Their appetizer of calamari was excellent. I really don't know why it's so popular. Their marinara actually was good but a little tangy.
I can honestly say that if I never stepped foot in another Olive Garden, I wouldn't be sorry.
Came in for a scheduled interview and without calling me they canceled it. Gas is 4.25 and they wanted me to reschedule... urgently hiring dont waste you're time.
I know a person who worked there, but was a newbie for a little over a month and they fired her. (For being slow!) She was hired full-time but they only scheduled for 2 days a week, started training her in different positions. But as of today she got let go. For one, if she worked the full time shifts she would have had more practice but "no" they gave her little hours. Even when she asked for more they didn't. And for someone being a newbie don't just throw them in and expect a pro. What ever happened with team work? Especially for a newbie. This is the one in SLC (Sugar house). I'm very turned off on how she was given up on instead of team work. Is this the way they treat their employees? Plus we are hearing that they dis on people who are LGBTQ ect.I love their food but to hear how they treat newbie's and don't give them the hours they were hired for and training she felt that she was just thrown into the wolves to figure it out herself. Shame, and I live close to that one but I will kindly go to a different one.
Remember when Olive Garden was a cute little date spot? Well it's more of a lunch depot for me. We used to frequent them for dinner when they had the Tuscan T-bone steak. Since those menu changes, the only thing that stayed the same was the soup and salad.
I usually get the chicken gnocchi which is a creamy based soup similar to clam chowder. I'll eat two to three bowls while enjoying bread sticks and salad on the side.
It's unlimited soup, so I'll take one or two bowls home as well. The soup is really comforting especially when you want meal with the same taste and flavor every time.
I've combined my soup with dessert, but I've also gone to Olive Garden for the dessert alone. The tiramisu, Italian donuts and cappuccino is delicious.
Depending on where I am going my menu selections will not change once I find something that I like. While the staff is nice, the ambience over all is not the same.
Tip for consumers:
The earlier you go the better. Becuase Olive Gardens Ambience has gone down, you run the risk of running into people with really loud conversations, babies that would rather be in bed, and really large service animals.

I understand it was a busy Sunday but I sat at the bar and I was told I had a 20 minute wait but now 2 hours later not one person has checked on me anything
My wife and I live in Richmond Ky and Do visit the local Olive Garden there off
Barns Mill Road. We always enjoy all the food and cleanliness of this restaurant. But Yesterday 11-28-2023 I was disappointed in Olive Garden allowing a dog to come in to the dining room with a couple. This was NOT a service dog. They had it in a stroller and I think it was a mix poodle of some kind. Dogs have their place but NOT in a Public Restaurant. I like dogs but not in My eating area.
