Why can't I cancel my order online? Very inconvenient, especially since I ordered food online for Thanksgiving, only for it to jump to the day after Thanksgiving because the restaurant is conveniently closed the day we need the food. I paid to feed an army, so what's the point of getting the food on the day we won't need it? Who's going to eat the food? If I can rate Olive Garden zero stars, I WOULD!
Yesterday in Olive Garden Pensacola in front of Cordova mall server was carrying 2 food trays and drooped them behind me messing up my clothes, totally spoiled our evening and plans after dinner. Sad part was no one from management came to help him or asked us if we were OK.
Never going back.
Thank you

My opinion, the shrimp scampi tasted bad, old, tasteless, mushy, and I believe were old leftovers. The noodles are normally long; these noodles were cut up extremely small and the asparagus looked dull and an odd green. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to an animal, let alone a human. I did not enjoy my meal. Learn how to cook. Shameful!

OUTSTANDING SERVICE AND CUISINE! In celebrating our 51st anniversary, we chose The Olive Garden to enjoy our special day. We have never been disappointed in the Olive Garden's professional staff as they carried out serving their customers.
Server, Makyha H, was polite and courteous while taking care of our requests. Her timing was perfect as we dined on well prepared foods starting with salad, appetizers and cocktails, rounding off with our perfectly prepared chief's entrees.
To complete our feast, Dianna Armenta, GM, treated us to a tasty Black Tie Mousse Cake for desert honoring our anniversary.
We would recommend this restaurant to anyone who is searching a feel good relaxing dining experience.
Regards, G. Sanders
I went to Olive Garden to celebrate my birthday a few days ago. The wait time wasn't long, my server was very attentive and polite, it didn't take long for my food to arrive and my appetizer and entree was delicious. The restaurant was clean, the seating was perfect and the atmosphere was great. I would definitely eat another meal here in the future.
I love the Olive Garden website! It is so easy to order whether for to go, pick up, delivery or catering. I really enjoy the snip its of the menu displaying the yummy foods! Makes you so hungry :). I also love the fact that you can easily see when ordering the price, the image of the food/beverage, and even the nutritional information/calories. So easy to browse and order in.
My experience with Olive Garden has most often been positive and rewarding. I enjoy the atmosphere and variety of dishes available on the menu. It's a treat that I look forward to.
Remember when Olive Garden was a cute little date spot? Well it's more of a lunch depot for me. We used to frequent them for dinner when they had the Tuscan T-bone steak. Since those menu changes, the only thing that stayed the same was the soup and salad.
I usually get the chicken gnocchi which is a creamy based soup similar to clam chowder. I'll eat two to three bowls while enjoying bread sticks and salad on the side.
It's unlimited soup, so I'll take one or two bowls home as well. The soup is really comforting especially when you want meal with the same taste and flavor every time.
I've combined my soup with dessert, but I've also gone to Olive Garden for the dessert alone. The tiramisu, Italian donuts and cappuccino is delicious.
Depending on where I am going my menu selections will not change once I find something that I like. While the staff is nice, the ambience over all is not the same.
Came in for a scheduled interview and without calling me they canceled it. Gas is 4.25 and they wanted me to reschedule... urgently hiring dont waste you're time.
I use to dine here 2010-2012 and order the chicken marsala with mashed potatoes. It would be enough food to fill me up completely and enough to have boxed and take home for a second meal. Last time I went, the chicken marsala was rubbery but I was hungry and ate it anyway. My 12 year old had ordered the chicken alfredo and declared the noodles were undercooked and the sauce watery. He ate about 2 bites. We were given 3 breadsticks and the waitress upsold us on the $4.00 dipping sauce. The amount of food I was served was not enough to even fill me up that visit so I realized I could forget about leftovers. By the time we got the dipping sauce, we had consumed the breadsticks but assumed more breadsticks would be coming. The waitress left to get the breadsticks but returned to informed us they were out of breadsticks for the rest of the day. This was on a Saturday at 2pm. We complained about the food (service was fine) and received a gift card. We returned a couple weeks later and there weren't any hiccups with the breadsticks but the chicken marsala was once again rubbery, once again the portion size wasn't enough for 2 meals and didn't fill me up. My son ordered a steak and told me it was the worst he'd ever had. He requested we never eat at Olive Garden again. His request has most definitely been granted. Bottom line: substandard food for high prices. I should have supported a locally owned place. I'd paid less, probably gotten more food and it would have tasted better.
It is hardly a secret that I abhor most corporations and chains of any kind.
But twice in recent months I have frequented Olive Garden... and was pleasantly surprised.
Now "some people" say that their dishes are all frozen. But I do not give a tinker's damn; their mushroom pasta was wonderful.
It could be that that particular locale is just especially stellar. I'll have to try another site while on the road.
But for now -- four estrellas.
ETA: the temperature was rather chilly -- and some other guests were a tad bit unsightly, but I can overlook both.
I love this Italian restaurant. Olive Garden in Laredo TX is the place where we like spend our family get-togethers.
This place really does have good meals and the customer service has always been great. Though they are a little more expensive then other restaurants but probably worth it. I have only been here a few time and have never had a bad experience.
Olive Garden in Rivergate has gone to pot, just like a lot other Restaurants. Really, never thought that would happen. The waitress we had, forgot to bring my soup. Never picked up a dirty dish from our table. And, if that wasn't bad enough when we gave her the cash to pay our bill, she disappeared and never returned with our change. We sat there for 30 minutes got tired and left. She got a nice tip for not doing her job. Maybe she needs to go to work for SONIC.
Me and my friends went there recently and we were not impressed. Long wait, horrible service and the food was mediocre. The salad tasted very bad. The staff was not knowledgeable about items that were new and she was pretty rude. Disappointed
Dear Manager at Olive Garden,
I must commend you on the service at your restaurant. A couple weekends back, my girlfriend and I were eating at your establishment. Our server was named Jasmine, and she gave us such a great night. Jasmine, or Jazz was so attentive to all our needs. She recommended a delicious ravioli that my girlfriend and I both loved. The food came out at the proper time and it was also delicious. Jasmine was funny and thoughtful. I did not want to be a bother and have her box up my left over breadstick, but she did it without hesitation. Sometimes chain restaurants get a knock for not being as good as smaller owned, "fine dining" establishments, but I could not disagree more. I have worked in many of these restaurants, as well as have eaten in more. Our night at your Olive Garden ranks up there with the best of them. Jazz and the other members of your team are amazing. We will definitely be back!
On October 14th I had a party of 10 go to olive garden for my daughters birthday. They had 2 servers helping our table but it was more like 1. One would take all the orders the other would bring them to the table. It started off with the seating.
We got there knowing we would wait for a table with a large group. They didnt tell us half the party had to arrive be fore they would seat us. Only after they seated a party of 7 20 minutes after we arrived did we learn this.
They waitresses took our drink order and got us incorrect drinks. After that they took our food orders and wrote my order down wrong. Instead of fixing it (I ordered the unlimited pasta) they showed me what she wrote down. I left it alone. I wanted a second bowl but after they served our food my drink never got refilled and they never came back. We had to ask other servers for to go boxes. And then we had to ask other servers to get our bill split correctly. It was very disappointing. I have had questionable service before but I have never felt like an annoyance or a nuisance at the restaurant that my daughter insists on going to at least once a month.
I will seriously reconsider going there anytime in the near future. I get better service from our fast food places.
Not to bad of a place for micorwave food. Literally thats what it is. Haha and i still sometimes go there for a craving of alfredo pasta with a ceap load of cheese
Great staff great food great atmosphere very reasonably priced. I can always have leftovers for the next day. Food is always fantastic!
