Have ordered two cakes so far and have loved how easy they were to order and get in time for festivities. Super cute and so many options to choose from. Definitely recommend these cakes to our friends for their pups!
I wasn't home when the cake was delivered so the delivery man dropped it to a pick up site that was closed all weekend. When I received the cake it was moldy…. Not their problem it was a ‘delivery issue'. They hide behind this and are just awful. Save yourself and do not order even if the cakes are pretty!
The idea is incredible, if only they could actually do it right. The cake took 10 days to arrive. It was moldy by the time it arrived. Their customer service is terrible. I would not recommend ordering a dog cake from them.

The person literally screamed at me on the phone for emailing too much about a missing order — but they never replied to any emails with any updates. Their customer service and communication is, as others have noted here, horrible. I'm at a loss. All I can say is, go somewhere else.
Correct, we don't always get to respond asap if you send several emails beginning at 9pm at night and going to 10am the following day when we start our day at 9am. Our priorities are getting your cakes out on time, not dealing with a customer's repeated harassment and social media attacks. We are not Amazon or robots.
Ordered a cake for my dog, paid expedited shipping, did not receive although ups says it was delivered and signed for by someone other than myself and NOT to my address. I knew I was in trouble when I reached out to okra and Molly and before they knew the entire story they already had excuses. Long story short I never received a refund, they said it was not their fault it was delivered to an incorrect address. That I must have given a bad address. They accept no responsibility. As a business owner I know that a claim to ups would cover all costs, but they absolutely will not stand behind their product. Wanted to rectify by sending another cake…they had to cancel another order because they wouldn't expedite shipping, and asked to send a day later. I said no because we were leaving for 3 months. NIGHTMARE of a company, and zero customer service! Buyer beware! I am a customer that never complains or leaves bad reviews or returns, but to not be compensated for something I didn't receive, inexcusable!
I am so in love with my baby's cake A we purchased the 3 tier cake and it arrived in perfect condition AND this is the first cake we've gotten him (he's 7) that he actually wants to eat!
My diamond loved her birthday cake! It was packaged very nicely and easy to put together! It was decorated beautifully and all three of the dogs could live off of this thing for a month it's so big! Will definitely be using them in the future!
This cake was SO cute and my puppy loved it! Check out was very simple, the cake arrived on time, and looked perfect when we got it. Our German Shepherd Zeus loved his cake and devoured it immediately! Highly recommend to anyone who wants to have a special day for their pup :)

I absolutely loved the custom Okra & Molly cake. It was beautifully decorated and just the right size. The party banner, balloons and gifts also made it extra special. It arrived on time and nicely wrapped as well!

I needed a birthday cake for my puppy. I ordered 2 for multiple celebrations I had planned. I can not say enough good things about this cake. It was delivered quickly, looked beautiful, personally monogrammed and, most importantly, the dogs loved it. One small cake could easily feed a bunch of puppies. Highly recommend you order!
Ordered from Okra and Molly for the first time. I thought the whole process was simple and easy. Love that the cakes are filled with garbage. Got here a couple days early and I honestly couldn't be happier. Will be getting one next year and 10/10 Recommend for anyone thinking about buying a cake!

From the second I reached out to get some upfront info, to the moment the box arrived on my doorstep - everything was seamless and stress-free. The Okra and Molly team was quick to answer my questions via email prior to me placing the order, and were incredibly clear about shipping and production time. In addition to fantastic customer service, the cake itself was beautiful. This may have been the first time I ordered from them, but it certainly won't be my last. 11/10 recommend them for your pup's special day.
Our puppy's first birthday cake was such a great success! We ordered the graffiti print in the peanut butter pumpkin flavor - she was obsessed. The quality in which it arrived was 5 star and we can't wait to give her more pieces in the upcoming days. Even had a bite myself - very impressed!
I am on a yearly subscription, and my Scottie's cake arrived late. They emailed with no apology,, and put the blame on usps. When I stated I was going to leave negative review, they called my email a threat and canceled my subscription without any act for retention. I followed the directions on the website when I ordered a cake. It arrived days earlier than it was supposed to. Based on the website and the tag that comes with the cake, it has a shelf life of 2-3 days. When I wrote O&M to explain to them that the cake wouldn't be good for when I needed it and I had followed the websites instructions, they didn't care. I asked for a refund. They said no, then stated that the cake has a 9 day shelf life and that they would no longer respond to my emails. I definitely would not recommend them.
As stated several times on the site, cakes are good for at least two days after delivery, regardless if they arrive early or not. Cakes are baked for YOUR delivery date. Please read the site before throwing your dog's cake in the garbage.
The cake was delivered a day early and it looked amazing. My 3 dogs are picky but they absolutely loved this cake. Everything was great quality and I love how they get a hat, as well as a dog tag. They were great to work with and I will be ordering from them again.
