I've never in my life had an experience like this. Nor have I ever written a review that's even remotely negative for any establishment. The person literally screamed at me on the phone for emailing too much about a missing order — but they never replied to any emails with any updates. Their customer service and communication is, as others have noted here, horrible. I'm at a loss. All I can say is, go somewhere else.

Correct, we don't always get to respond asap if you send several emails beginning at 9pm at night and going to 10am the following day when we start our day at 9am. Our priorities are getting your cakes out on time, not dealing with a customer's repeated harassment and social media attacks. We are not Amazon or robots.
