I've ordered birthday cakes for the past 3 years for my dog. I ordered one this year with two day shipping. I ordered Wednesday with a shipment date of Friday that I chose on the available ship dates on their shipping calendar. I received a text from customer service on Thursday that they would not be able to complete my order by Friday. The greeting and communication was very unprofessional. I was good I don't know why it gives California residents an option for shipping by Friday but we don't do that. That was basically the response. No greeting or explanation. No apology. My dog loves these cakes and I'm sad she won't get one for her birthday pawty this year. I am turned off by the indifferent customer service and sad I will have to find another place to get my dog's birthday cakes from now on.
