Love love love your company. First the dogs loved the cake and it is suprisingly hard to fine dog cakes with anything carob and that's their favorite. Also, reached out via email with some questions and the customer service was fantastic as well. I will be buying all my doggie cakes through you guys in the future. Thank you!

At first we were disappointed because we got a tracking number that didn't update for 4 days and worried our Buddy wouldn't get it on time, but after a very polite response to our email asking about it we were told that the label was jammed and Okra & Molly paid for 1 day shipping out of their own pocket, so it still got to us a day early!
We bought a bow tie to go with our cake but we also got a dental treat for afterwards and a pup birthday hat for the celebration!
Definitely coming back for our next pups birthday.
I was happy with the cake i bought for Reeses 10th birthday. Only problem was the paper was stuck to the sides and tore alot of the writing off. She is usually a very picky eater and it took her a bit to try it. But she really liked it once she ate a piece. Thank you

A mistake unfortunately happened in the processing of my order that resulted in it shipping and arriving late (just by day though); details are not important because mistakes happen. The three stars are because I don't feel I was properly compensated for a mistake that was not of my fault. I received an email explaining the mistake, which I thought was unnecessary. Mistakes happen; don't need to go into detail about the mistake was made just to throw someone under the bus. All that was needed was something about there was mistake in the processing of the order that may or may not result in a delay in delivery. All I received was the email and an order that arrived a day late. Nothing else.
