We have purchased numerous birthday cakes and Gotcha Day cakes through the past several years, and every single one was expertly decorated, on time, and apparently delicious as they were snarffed down! Thank you for the cute ideas & quality products I can't find anywhere else!
I've never in my life had an experience like this. Nor have I ever written a review that's even remotely negative for any establishment. The person literally screamed at me on the phone for emailing too much about a missing order — but they never replied to any emails with any updates. Their customer service and communication is, as others have noted here, horrible. I'm at a loss. All I can say is, go somewhere else.
There customer service has been excellent! The first cake I ordered never came so they sent me another one, free of cost. Then I entered the wrong date and now they are expediting my order. My dogs have really enjoyed the cakes. It is fun to celebrate their birthdays!
I can't praise this company enough. Their cake was so great, my little guy literally devoured it in 5 minutes ordering was a breeze, not confusing or overwhelming. I appreciated the emails letting me know when it was being shipped and it came exactly on time! I will definitely be ordering from Okra & Molly again!
Bella's first birthday cake perfect! It was exactly what I ordered and was beautifully packaged. Best of all my girl loved her cake! I barely got the pictures before she licking away at it :) There was some hiccups in the delivery but there is a pandemic happening. Their customer service was excellent and I am so happy that I've already ordered another cake. This bakery has gone above and beyond for us! They really care.
Was contacted about some specifics on the cake by Ryan, who wanted to be sure he had it right. Very pleasant experience. Cake arrived quickly. Looked amazing. Dog was blowing bubbles out the sides of his mouth on smelling it. Will order again.
Great products, but customer service is lacking and it was extremely difficult to adjust my order to include no peanut products in the actual product I purchased so that my daughter would not have an anaphylactic allergic reaction. Furthermore, the products arrived a day late. It was not the carriers fault, as the products were sent on a Monday with a delivery date of Wednesday. Their late shipping ended in the shipping providers late delivery. It really should have been sent earlier to ensure that the products arrived on time, especially since the company knows full well that there is a pandemic in full swing with limited employees to deliver said products. Besides these obstacles, our dog loved his birthday cake. The company does have fantastic products. Yet, as much as I would love to give 5 stars, I simply cannot due to the factors listed above.
Hey Victoria, you're a 2day ship, so for a Wednesday ship, we have to ship it on a Monday, otherwise it would need to be shipped the prior Friday, which is fine, but you'd be getting a much older cake, and we try to get you the freshest cake.
The Okra team was very helpful and provided great service. I was disappointed with the over all size of the product. It fits in the palm of my hand and for the money spent plus shipping there is a chain dog bakery that creates a bigger cake with similar ingredients. Also, I was restricted on what designs I could select due to the heat.
I was able to order my first two birthday cakes with ease. The cakes were beautiful and the doggies loved them. The 2nd experience ordering a 6 month birthday cake was not a good experience. I didn't end up getting what I really wanted and it was just difficult process that took about 10 emails to partially resolve.
I LOVE these cakes and I've ordered 2 per year (one for each dog) for 3 years now. They're fairly cheap, they have a great selection of colors/text/designs, and they make for great pictures! I've never received one late and the dogs now know their packaging and wiggle butt all over the place when it comes. 10/10 would recommend!

But they just said we aren't shipping company.
Actually I set the arrival date to 3 days before birthday.
Because I didn't want to be late.
And I got cake 5 days after birthday.
But my dog couldn't eat.
Because The cake's expiration date had passed.
I told to Okra and Molly.
But they just said we aren't shipping company.
And then I posted sns, but They removed blocked to me.
It's really not nice and They have no sense of responsibility.
I think If they value the cakes they make, they should be responsible for them until they hand them over to the customer.
Ordering was easy and my babies birthday cake arrived on time. The most important thing was he loved it. He grabbed the whole thing and wouldn't share any of it with the other puppies at his birthday party, except for crumbs.
Unfortunately the shipping method they use resulted in the cake arriving too late to be consumed by my dog. It arrived past the recommended shelf life - so I wasnt taking a chance on letting him eat it. Will NOT purchase from them again!
My dogs cake arrived the afternoon after his birthday. I was so upset. The customer service of these people sucks. A $12 refund on an overpriced "cake" that was a day late (party without cake) and left out in the Arizona sun (95 degrees) by the postal service who didn't even ring the doorbell. Not much sympathy for my situation, I'm convinced they just want to exploit fur baby parents.
My diamond loved her birthday cake! It was packaged very nicely and easy to put together! It was decorated beautifully and all three of the dogs could live off of this thing for a month it's so big! Will definitely be using them in the future!

I've been ordering these cakes, treats, and their toys for a few years now for my 3 dogs. They are amazing and it's super easy to order them. Most recently, I ordered a custom cake with our 2 year old golden doodles face on it. It was so incredibly beautiful! Our dogs LOVE these cakes and treats and know when they arrive. They know it's "birthday cake!" I truly can't say enough great things about this company! Thank you Okra and Molly!
First off, the cake was extremely safely packaged, which was much appreciated as I feared how it'd do in transport. The candles are soo worth it! It adds for the perfect touch. Not only was the cake itself gorgeously designed, but it smelt amazing! My 2 year old boy definitely had the best birthday possible thanks to Okra & Molly! Will definitely be ordering again for his next birthday!
I chose the peanut butter pumpkin cake with natural frosting. My dog could NOT get enough. Before it was fully even out of the paper he was already licking for it! He definitely enjoyed it.
One note for those with smaller dogs, be careful with this flavor and how much you feed them! It is a decent sized cake but they should be fed appropriate size pieces... for fear of a poop explosion! Lol

Correct, we don't always get to respond asap if you send several emails beginning at 9pm at night and going to 10am the following day when we start our day at 9am. Our priorities are getting your cakes out on time, not dealing with a customer's repeated harassment and social media attacks. We are not Amazon or robots.
