My dog fatty is our spoiled little baby. We've had him since he was four months and he's such a well behaved boy. So for his first birthday we knew we had to have the best for him. First off, I want to thank you guys for sending those incredible party decorations such as the banner and balloons. He tore the squeekers out of the toy in less than an hour (he does it to all his toys) the cake was perfect and the candle looked so realistic. He slept from 8pm until 8am this morning from all the fun he had for his first birthday yesterday and it was perfect. We definitely will be revisiting this site every birthday. Thank you so much.

I ordered and paid for my dogs cake a month in advance and did not receive the cake. I live in California and the cake is still in Tennessee. I contacted the company because the cake didn't arrive and spoiled my dogs birthday. When I saw it WAS STILL in Tennessee I requested a refund but they refused to refund my money saying I need to wait a day or two. By then the cake will be no good. Besides my dogs birthday is today not 2 days from now. No respect at all horrible customer service and I will be filing a formal better business report and a claim with my financial institution to get my refund. Definitely bad business. Heartbroken as my kids were so excited to celebrate not to mention our golden retrievers are family and they respond like a day late is no big deal. So rude!

I love this place! Every single time I've contacted them, there has been a fast if not immediate response. I've always been treated fantastically and have never been disappointed in anything I've gotten from there. The cakes are so adorable, there are 3 different flavors for the cakes, I want to say 2 as well for the icing on them, you can pick the color, there are like 10 different styles you can pick from. Or you can send them a message and ask about custom cakes. We have done both custom and one of the designs both came out great. You can send an idea and he will let you know with honesty whether or not it can be done. We ordered a cake shaped like a snake, our little girls favorite squeak toy, and he let us know right from the get that it was going to be tricky to ship because of the shape. He can literally make anything it seems, it's the getting it to you that becomes the tricky part. The snake cake did crack while shipping which I knew about and had been expecting, but all you have to do is rub it back together essentially, the frosting is really pliable. I ordered a last minute birthday cake for my princess named Tootsie on Sunday. The cake was delivered yesterday (Wednesday) and made it a day earlier than her birthday. Shipping was very quick with accurate email updates, packaging was so cute, and the cake itself was perfect to share for all three of my dogs. The added dog tag and candle was the perfect touch! I will be using Okra & Molly for all my doggy celebrations. Thanks so much!

Cake was looked beautiful, but my dogs didn't love the taste. Cake also arrived 2 days late and missed the birthday party I threw for them. So we ended up rushing to another vendor near my house for a cake. Disappointed.
