Their service goes above and beyond to make sure the customer gets what they need. I had an issue with the targeted followers feature picking up followers that weren't relevant and they immediately went to work on it and solved the problem.

Helpful and friendly! I get a sense that everyone enjoys what they do so that's really nice to hear when you speak to them.
