This is my third items gone/removed from the game due to detected as DUPE or obtained illegally items.

The items purchased from them isn't instantaneously removed, It takes 1 or 2 months after purchased and suddenly gone due to slow detecting progress.
I cant claim and get refund because it told me that the order has been completed more than 1 months ago.

I think i lost more than $50 in total from buying items from this website and there is nothing i can do.

Purchased an account for $400 they claim they can't release the original email so that they can help us recover the account in the event it is hacked... Okay whatever... Sure enough 1 year later i log in to my account & everything is gone. Password isn't changed... I contact them... They change the password for me. Another 6 months later. Again hacked. I contact them for some kind of resolution of either releasing the freaking email or giving me a refund+ all the hours I put in to the account... 4 days now they have ghosted me. No response. Stay away from these guys

I read all these horrible reviews before purchasing, yet I still decided to make a purchase from this website despite the negative reviews.

I purchased only 2K Roblox Robux to test the waters, made immediate payment, and just like the other reviewers said, I was told "no stock" nothing more, nothing less. Then they ignored any others attempts to contact them.

I submitted a Paypal dispute and eventually got my money back. I suppose they get away with stealing your money depending on what way you pay, or whether you bother trying to recover it.

I knew better but still did it. I guess it all comes down to the old saying, "if it's too good to be true, it probably isn't true"

These 5 star reviews are all typed with the same messy structure and littered with awkward commas. It's obvious someone from okaygoods is making fake accounts and leaving these reviews.

This company is a scam. I spent $50 for an ingame item and after the transaction went through, I was sent an email requesting more personal information from me. I was told that they needed a picture of either my driver's license, passport, or SSN in order to get the item I had already paid for. So of course I opened up a paypal dispute, and the person at okaygoods responded with hostility and antagonized me via email with several messages. DO NOT do business with this sketchy operation. I did some browsing around, and MmoGah is a much better option if you're looking to buy ingame stuff. Seriously, avoid these sketchy frauds at okaygoods.

I purchased from this website and was told there would be a 5-10 minute delivery, 10 hours later still no content. So I contacted them informing them that I hadn't received my purchase, later they replied that they were short on stock. If that was the case why would they sell it to me? I then was told that I would get a refund but they weren't able to refund me at that time so told me to contact them hours later. No time frame just, "hours later." Following was messages from myself asking for a refund that were left ignored. They essentially stole from me. If you're reading this, make sure you, your friends, your family anyone you know, do not use this website.

Im not totally agree with other review. Let me explain you how to do in this site.
To present myself, i buy them game money since long time and delivery isn't perfect at all time but if it's 5min or 3 days wait, i always had my gold/kamas wathever you want.

So, first, SPEAK ENGLISH and go to the live help. Speak with the people speaking to you and ask them to check disponibility and to collect the money from the suppliers. Do not proceed to payment until you see the money from the guy who will trade. Then proceed, I use paypal everytime and no matter of any kind. Even sometime when they didn't have the money the kept giving me like 1m or 2m every hours until my order was completed. I know some of my friends got problems but it was because they didn't listened to me or were unable to speak english with them. The first time they called me and it was quiet hard to understand coz chinese speaking english... but then they dont call you anymore and everything is good.

So,

I bought an extremely small amount of Habbo Gold Bars off them to test them out and see if they were legitimate or not. As I thought, they never delivered. I contacted customer support multiple times and they made feeble excuses such as "supplier is asleep" and "we need to collect gold". I once asked for a refund and was told "manager is not on. All these responses were from the live chat. Live chat also talk using terrible slang like "u" and "yh".

I tried a different tactic. I asked customer support that if I bought Habbo coins now would I receive them instantly, they said yes. I then went on to say "that's good, because I've already ordered" then they started saying "we need to collect gold" again. Therefore, they tell people they have goods for sale and they will receive them very fast however they don't have any stock.

The ONLY reason I've given them two stars is because I actually managed to get a refund eventually. I would go out and say they are a SCAM company however they might just be the most poorly ran company ever and they may, MAY very occasionally actually deliver to somebody.
