This isn't a fly-by-night operation, it's a separate parts operation of the Heartland Toyota dealership in Washington state. I've already bought from them twice for my 2014 Toyota Tacoma. I can't speak to their customer service, since I knew the part numbers of what I wanted, but everything that came was OEM and as expected.
No answer from them. No customer service no response no directory. Not confident bout buying from this website.
What customer service? Not sure if there's anyone out there... Placed my order on monday night, received email confirmation next day, but after two days, when trying to follow up on the process, went to visit their web site, typed my email address, message occur email provided is not in their system! On the top of it, when trying to reach so called "customer service" - there is no one to answer the phone, not even a chance to leave a message!
