Bought a coupon from Groupon for Nuttyguys.com on 3/9/11 and redeemed it on 3/13/11. Have not received my order yet and yet I was charged on 3/14. If you call them you get voice mail and yes I have left messages. Tried e-mail and am waiting for a response. I order often online for other companies and am charged when ready to ship not the day I order. But the worst part is the time I have waited and can't get ahold of them. Not very professional I would say.
Placed order online March 29th using Groupon. Was charged shipping twice-two different amounts for one order. Have called and talked to a person who was not comsumer friendly. Called another time and left a message to be called back. Never received a return call. Called a third time and spoke to a nicer person, but have not received my order yet and have been charged twice for shipping.
A very inefficient operation.
