Had trouble with a company I bought a coupon for. Let groupon know and they have been quick in following up with me but... they offered a refund for the $10. I paid for the coupon and a credit with them for the $8.95 the I paid to the company I redeemed the coupon at. Sounds good huh? Well when I accepted their offer groupon stopped communicating with me. So I am still out $18.95
Bought a coupon from Groupon for Nuttyguys.com on 3/9/11 and redeemed it on 3/13/11. Have not received my order yet and yet I was charged on 3/14. If you call them you get voice mail and yes I have left messages. Tried e-mail and am waiting for a response. I order often online for other companies and am charged when ready to ship not the day I order. But the worst part is the time I have waited and can't get ahold of them. Not very professional I would say.
